It is walking distance to Wise Acre restaurant, Tangletown Gardens, other restaurants/bars & 1/2 block to public transport & bike trails. It's a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything - 10 min to the airport, downtown & MOA. We provide 2 bikes for you to ride the 40+ miles of bike paths that go around 3 lakes & Minnehaha Creek. THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
