Step outside to enjoy a spacious backyard (which is shared with homeowner), complete with a stunning pool. For those cooler days or nights, you can opt to heat the pool for an additional $250. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
