Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

I personally met Eric and Blair and they were both very gracious and very friendly.We had a great conversation and shared many common thoughts and experiences. I would not hesitate in recommending their lovely accommodations to family and friends.

We have been to many AirBnbs over the years. We can say without hesitation that this was the most comfortable place we have ever been to. The space was super comfy, well appointed, in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within a few blocks of Greensboro shopping. We went out to a couple of great restaurants, the Green Valley Grill for dinner and Mimi's for breakfast. The zoo is awesome. If we are ever in this area again, this is the place we will choose. Great place to stay near the River District in Danville. Neighborhood is up and coming and full of friendly people. Can walk to restaurants in the River District. About 7 minutes from the casino. Comfortable space with enough room for one or two couples to stretch out and relax. Love the spacious front porch for relaxing with friends. We have stayed here two times for alumni weekends for HMA and it has been perfect both times.

Jennifer was incredibly responsive and proactive in her communication. The home was perfect for our family of 3 who visited family nearby. Checking in was a breeze (thank you again for being flexible). The beds were comfortable. The space was quiet. The water pressure was amazing and the fridge housed all the small things we needed over night. Will definitely stay here when we come back this way. Thanks again!

The Farm Stay studio was perfect! It was beautiful and bright and cozy, with gorgeous views of the farm and pond. The use of space was incredible with every amenity needed available. Great shower as well! Betty sent us so many ideas of places to see in the area and was a wonderful host! We hope to stay again when we return to the area.

She was great to deal with, she allowed me to add a day to the beginning of my trip and was helpful with adding that day.

I’ve lived exclusively in Airbnb’s for the past year for work. This is by far my favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. I would very highly recommend Joy and Eric’s places they are super friendly, very helpful and offer an amazing place to stay.

Returning Guest, Everything is lovely and have great communication

This little house was exactly what I was looking for. It was clean, exactly as described, and there were neat little touches throughout. Communication with Eric was perfect! He answered every question and gave all the information I needed and more. I definitely recommend this house.

It was a great stay. It felt very home - like. We had everything we needed to cook rather than go out to eat every day. I was pretty impressed with how clean the grout in the bathroom was as well as the stove. There were plenty of linens, a cozy couch in the living room, and tons of blankets for snuggling. I will definitely stay here for my next visit.

Christian was great and the place was great and as described. Not a knock on Christian or the rental, but be aware the furnishings are very minimal and the couch/beds could be a bit more comfortable, but you get what you pay for and the price is very fair for this rental. Convenient location and Christian was great with communication.

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I had an excellent stay, all three days were fabulous. They place was wonderful, the neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to restaurants, stores, gas and more. For the price absolutely completely satisfied with everything. Everything from check-in to .y stay and check out was fantastic. Hosts were very communicative from start to finish. I greatly recommend them to anyone that wants to stay a home away from home, this is your place. Everything up to date and some. Anything you could need they have. Perfect little cabin, secluded private, and felt like I was on a fishing trip

Great place in a safe, quiet neighbor. Loved being close to the military park and also having an assigned parking space. Condo is comfortable and quiet. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. This was a nice place for a long-term stay.

We had a dance competition this past weekend and stayed at the condo because it was within walking distance to the Carolina Theater. The condo was very clean and large enough to accommodate two children and two adults. The host was extremely responsive prior to and during our stay. I would stay here again.

It was a very comfortable stay and felt right at home! My family and I had everything we needed and more. We attended a wedding and the Airbnb was perfect for us to stay and rest after wedding events. We would absolutely recommend and will be back to stay!

The place was very nice—clean, cute, and cozy. It’s right downtown, so everything is within walking distance. If there are other guests staying in units B or C, it can get a bit noisy, and the driveway can fill up, but there’s always street parking available. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have stayed here before and have found it very convenient to get to area attractions. There is enough space to have family for dinner. Enjoyed being here.

Karen was great, she was friendly and responsive! The stay was nice and anything you need was a brief walk away. If I’m back in the area and Karen’s place is available, I will definitely use it again!
