Cute apartment in a private compound, only five minutes drive from the airport, we took a yellow cab and the fare was about 200 TL. The location is very convenient, there is a mall next to it, and plenty of restaurants, all within a walking distance. Derya was always responsive and helpful, she’s very friendly and will definitely stay at her place again

I'd like to say Alpay'a teşekkür ederim ( Thank you to Alpay ). He waited for us to arrive late due to our journey being delayed. He is such an easygoing, responsive host, and we like his apartment is spacious the location is convenient, and walkable everywhere, The heating is read good as the weather is cold during winter months. Alpay gave us privacy and respect during our stay for 4 days. Lots of shops, and restaurants around. Just a few things that need to be upgraded a bit for the apartment, other than that everything is great. Thanks again for having me there at your place 🏠 ~ Yalova ❣️ Hope to see you in the next few month.

konakladığım süre boyunca hiçbir problem yaşamadım, her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi, manzarası özellikle çok iyiydi, tavsiye ederim.

Hallo , wie schon auch beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Lage , Metro und Minibusse sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Bayram ist sehr hilfsbereit ist immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hat. Nur der einziger Nachteil ist dass die Wohnung im 5 Stock ist. Und das Haus kein Auszug besitzt. Aber sonst eine Top Unterkunft.

Kiana Hanım iletişim kolay ve ihtiyaç halinde hızlıca yardımcı olan iyi bir ev sahibi. Kendisine teşekkür ederim. Daireye gelirsek bence gayet güzel bir havası var. Yatağa uzanıp projeksiyonda netflix yada youtube izlemek harika bir deneyim. Ayrıca cam kenarındaki koltuğa uzanıp deniz manzarası izleyebilirsiniz. Modem göremediğim için telefonumun internetine hotspot ile bağladım projeksiyon cihazını, benim için bir sorun değildi. Büyükçe bir terası vardı ancak tadilatta olduğu için kullanamadım ama gittiğim gün hava yağışlı olduğu için kullanmazdım zaten. Kullanıma açıldığında özellikle güzel havalarda çok keyifli olacaktır. Terastaki jakuzide keyif yapmak güzel hissettirebilir. Bina dışında araç için otopark bulunuyor. Özetle keyifli bir daire, en büyük artıları projeksiyon cihazı, manzarası, terası ve rahat yatağı. Ev sahibi de her şeyin pürüzsüz bir şekilde ilerlemesini sağladı. Teşekkürler.

Aba bey çok ilgili kibar bir ev sahibi , konaklamamızın başından sonuna ihtiyacımız olduğumuzda kendisine ulaşabildik,eve ilk girişimizde adaya dair bizi bilgilendirmeleriyle ve önerileriyle bize yardımcı oldu konaklamanın olduğu bölge sessiz,kendinizi dinleyebileceğiniz ve manzaranın tadını çıkarabileceğiniz bir noktada ,ev tertemizdi mutfakta işimizi kolaylastıracak şeyler mevcuttu artı olarak aba beyin ikramları oldu onlarıda tükettik,çarşaflar bembeyaz ve tertemizdi ben çok rahat bir insanım ama arkadaslarım bu konuda hassaslardı onlar evin hijyeninden çok memnun olduklarını belirttiler,evin iç dekarasyonu fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi , sadece keske piyano çalmayı bilseydik 😂 ama bir iki tıngırdattık tatlı zevkleri olan bir çiftin müthis dekarasyonlu evini herkese öneririm kesinlikle bir kez daha ziyaret edeceğiz☺️

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
