We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cyprus! The place was spotless, super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time with our three kids. The host was so helpful, always available to answer our questions and give great recommendations. Made us feel at home. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Cyprus, this is it! Highly recommend! Will send all of my friends and my kids already want to go back :)

From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Great place and lovely clean Villa , pool cleaned regularly and no problems with location on walking to restaurants and bars , plenty of supermarkets around too

София отличная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Дом находится в отличном месте, чтобы добраться куда угодно. Рядом были магазины, рестораны и пляжи ,кафе и тренажёры. 15 минут на машине до центра и 25 от аэропорта. В доме Очень чисто и комфортно всё продумано для отдыха с детьми. При проживании на Кипре необходим арендованный автомобиль, чтобы получить максимум пользы от отдыха. В папке было много мест, куда можно пойти, включая рестораны и достопримечательности, что было очень полезно. Спасибо за прохладнцю воду в холодильнике это было очень приятно. Наша семья отлично провела время в этом прекрасном доме!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming studio in the village. The space was cozy and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our host, Andreas was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Die Lage ist perfekt für den nahegelegenen Strand von Kaparis. Mehrere Bars per Fuß gut zu erreichen. Unbedingt Zeit für einen Strandspaziergang nehmen! Tolle Aussicht und viele schöne Bars und kleine Buchten am Weg. Mietauto wäre für weiteres wichtig. Aber auch per Bus kommt man gut ins Zentrum von Protaras. Die Villa war sehr groß, top sauber ! Und hatte einen schönen eigenen Pool. Gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Eine Zubereitung von Filter Kaffee oder ein Geschirrspüler wäre schön gewesen. Gastgeber kümmert sich aber sofort ! Fliegen Gitter wären schön. Parkplatz für Auto ist wirklich sehr klein und eng zum hineinfahren. Wenn die Häuser rundherum bewohnt sind, ist dies eher nicht privat und vergleichbar mit Reihenhaus in Deutschland. Es schallt sehr in der Siedlung und man hat nur von einem Fenster im Obergeschoss unverbaute Sicht. Dennoch sehr schön für Ferien in Protaras außerhalb des lebhaften Zentrum.

Great villa, perfect for large groups. Only downside was that the hot water took 2hrs to heat up so be prepared. Car needed. Albeit a great stay. Thanks for hosting us!

The accomodation was amazing, it was spacious, it had anything we may have needed and more, and we felt right at home ♥️ Our hosts were super friendly, responsive and thoughtful and the location was perfect, minutes walk from all amenities (beach, restaurants, pubs, groceries, and ofc ice cream) Thank you so much for this lovely stay, we are definitely recommending and we will be coming back 😊
