The place was wonderful. Complete lahat ng untensils for cooking, dinning at pati panligo. Ang gaganda ng gamit sa bahay, halatang hindi tinipid at sobrang natuwa ang mga furbabies namin dahil centralize yung buong bahay. Tamang tama sa panahon ngayon. Naenjoy talaga namin yung stay namin, very accomodating din si Ate Jen na tinuro samin pano gamitin yung mga appliances sa kitchen. Overall ok talaga sya, siguro ang feedback lang is yung cr, kasi yung shower head, medyo tabi tabingi na yung tubig at hindi lahat may lumalabas na tubig pero keri naman maligo. Sobrang linis at maganda yung place. If nag hahanap kayo ng place para mag pahinga, highly recommended ito.

We had a wonderful stay! Niel was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. His family was also very warm and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. Veronica was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She answers our inquiries in a timely manner. The place was really clean and well-organized. There were medicines and first aid kit available for use. Complete with kitchenware and toiletries needed for longer stays. They also have boardgames and karaoke for entertainment purposes which is suitable for big groups. Will definitely book again if we happen to be in the area. Absolutely recommended!!! ❤️

It was a great stay. Although concern lang aq sa prang walang exhaust sa bathroom or maybe hindi ko lang napansin. Nagka LBM kasi aq nun (which was my fault) so I was frequently in the bathroom and ang tagal before mawala yung amoy. Overall, the unit was as expected and I like how responsive the host and accommodating yung guards and the staff. Thank you!

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

A home away from home—I believe this is the most fitting description for this property. The location is ideal: it’s close to Tagaytay, allowing guests to enjoy the cool breeze, and it's situated in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are superb—the kids really enjoyed the pool, while the adults liked the billiards table and KTV. All rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, shower gel, tissue, and a dental kit—features not typically offered in most Airbnb properties. This level of detail makes the stay exceptionally worth the price. Ate Jen, the caretaker, was very accommodating. She kindly went over the house policies with us and even asked if we needed extra pillows and blankets. My daughter had a wonderful time celebrating her 3rd birthday here, and I’m already looking forward to celebrating again at this property. I suppose we’ll see you again for her 4th birthday. :)

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️
