it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Superb place! Worth every penny. Place was peaceful, serene and picturesque. Amenities are all complete the only thing I noticed is there's no warm water in shower but that's nothing compared to the comfort and service they provide. Willl definitely come back soon, hopefully mas marami na kami. We had a very fun and peaceful Christmas celeb at the place! Thank you as well kay ate Gladys who was very approachable and super helpful. Nawala lang yung drone namin huhu, pero that was on our part. Other than that, 💯💯💯

If you're looking for an adventure and ultimate experience of a paradise, you must visit Basanvilla Beachforest. Staying here, you will feel what it's like to live away from city life and experiencing province life. Riding the habal-habal going to the premises itself is an extreme adventure and you can feel your adrenalin rush. A little reminder - BEING A COWBOY IS A MUST 😁 The overall experience is truly wonderful so i'm gonna give this place 5 stars. Thanks a lot!

little out of the way from shops but tuc tuk provided to take you if you wish lovely villa has everything you need amazing owner and lady looking after the apartment was absolutely amazing so kind and helpful .One of the nicest places i’ve stayed in the 7 weeks in the Philippines.Lovely little plunge pool and clean .The owner arranged a valentines day evening meal for us which was so nice .I will return to this little gem again .The owners even took me to my next destination in davao for my flight home as they were going that way that day .

This accommodation is a great deal, it is comfortable and peaceful. Ms. Hanna is very friendly and communicated really well, patient enough to answer my queries. I will definitely book again.
