The home was beautiful and appeared to be brand new. Everything was in perfect condition nicely decorated and very comfortable for my family of five. It was perfectly located close to my daughters apartment and Vanderbilt campus. It’s also right next to the Gulch, which was also very nice. Bob was easy to deal with and was very timely with his communication.I can promise you that we will be using this beautiful property again sometime soon. It’s not easy to impress me because I’m somewhat with Travel snob, but I was very impressed with this entire experience. 10 out of 10!

This place was perfect for our party of 7. Beautifully designed home with plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood short drive to downtown Nashville. Joel and Victor were great hosts who care about your experience while visiting the city.

Anna was a great host. Provided helpful information. In a quiet neighborhood. Vintage charmer. There is lots of space and well decorated. High quality linens and bath towels. Would stay here again. Location affords easy access to all of Nashville while being away from all the crowds.

Stacey is a wonderful host, and her beautiful home is cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. I’m so glad we stayed in this neighborhood of East Nashville. We loved the vibe, and it’s a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. There are many restaurants and an Aldi (grocery store) within a reasonable walking distance — and so many cute houses! We came to Nashville for a performance at the historic Ryman Theater - “the mother church of country music.” It was great. We also enjoyed The Listening Room Cafe. The hop on/hop off trolley is a good way to get an overview.

Wow! Shawn’s place is absolutely amazing and so is she! The place is as beautiful as shown in the pictures with a lot of space and comfort. Shawn was extremely helpful in answering all my questions quickly and giving great advice on where to go in the city. She also has wonderful amenities throughout the house, which saved on grocery costs, and she even had personal touches like a birthday cake for our girls waiting there for us when we arrived! I hoping we can go back next year and plan to stay there again!!

This is BY FAR one of the best Airbnb‘s we’ve ever stayed at! The home is beautifully appointed, very large, private, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the living room with a large TV and a beautiful layout on the main floor. This lovely home is basically brand new and everything was so attractive and nice, absolutely no complaints! The gated property was also a very nice feature. We come to Nashville often and this is going to be our new GO-TO place to stay. So so glad we found it… Thanks, Henry and Jenny!

We had such a wonderful stay at truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had in Nashville! We were traveling with my parents, spouse, and 3-year-old, and it was such a relief to find a one-night stay that was also family-friendly. The backyard play structure and other amenities was a huge hit after a long travel day, and inside we were happy to find games and toys that were fun and age-appropriate. The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked—with a full kitchen, plenty of cookware and dishes, a fully supplied bathroom with complimentary toiletries, extra linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making their space comfortable for all guests. Even after a middle-of-the-night wake-up from tornado sirens (classic Tennessee!), we were able to settle back in and rest well. Huge thanks to the Randy & Diane we’d absolutely stay again and hope to return soon!

This spot is close to downtown, super convenient to concerts and events in the area. Be aware that the elevator is slow and often full, but otherwise this was a great stay in an awesome location

We had a great 24 hours celebrating a family birthday! We love the balcony and also how walkable the area was. The condo was just as described! So convenient to have the coffee maker and coffee pods and all the different creamers and flavors. Keri was very responsive and we would definitely stay again sometime.

Excellent location!!! Lots of great downtown stuff very nearby. Walked to everything we wanted! Having private, underground parking spot was fantastic! The apartment was perfect for what we needed and very cozy and comfortable. Loved the place, loved the location, loved downtown Nashville!
