The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Tidelands Boathouse on the waterfront

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

The Barn, cosy with amazing views.

Situated in the village of Trusham, a central spot for the beaches & Moors. The Barn is a beautiful 2 bed accommodation with upside down living in a quiet rural village with exceptional views over the valley. There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

It comprises of a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and open plan kitchen and sitting/dining room. The property has parking for 1 med car - by prior arrangement only.
