This bungalow was a wonderful place for our small group to enjoy a laid-back beach weekend. I loved the old-Florida charm of the place, and just steps from the beach. Overall, very pleased and may very well return!

This location was perfect! We were able to walk mostly everywhere. We were walking distance from the beach, Publix, bars/restaurants and coffee shops. The home was spacious enough that no one felt crowded in a group of five women staying here. Hosts were very responsive and didn’t take long to reply. 10/10 would stay here again!

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

Absolutely beautiful view. We were impressed with the accuracy of the description. The unit did not disappoint. The beach access was just steps away. The historic district was minutes away. We stayed two nights which was perfect.

It was very nice and super close to the beach. It’s set back off the road and very private. Great hosts to work with.

Loved this little bungalow! Very quiet neighborhood, and literally a 60 second walk to the beach. Will stay here again when returning to the area!

Loved this place. There are three of us who stayed there. We fit perfectly. Near a school, so it felt pretty safe and the speed limit was slow. Lots of sidewalks to walk. About 1 mile from town and short drive to the beach. The patio was so relaxing and beautiful for the NCAA tournament :) we were there from cold MI. There were beach towels for us. No beach chairs , but the hosts were great at getting us some- it was so nice of them. We only traveled with a backpack each, intending to just wash clothes. But unfortunately the dryer went out during our stay. Wasn’t a game changer at all , and things happen. No bugs! Which is like 5/5 stars with that. Talk about piece of mind. Seriously though that patio was outta control amazing. Definitely recommend.

Loata’s place worked really well for us and our two pets! We booked last minute and she was very accommodating and the animals enjoyed the partially fenced back yard. Overall it was a great stay and Loata is an amazing host. Thank you!

Enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Location to restaurants was great. Short walk to Flagler Ave. Rarely had to drive unless we went to Canal Street. Slept good. Enjoyed sitting on porch in the evening. Quiet neighborhood; couple blocks walk to the ocean

Brianna’s place was exactly what I needed—a peaceful, clean, and cozy spot with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The home was spotless and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled and easy to find. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the extra blankets available. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware and essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. Brianna was a wonderful host—responsive, respectful of privacy, and incredibly accommodating. Her communication was clear and timely throughout the stay. She even provided a local guide with personal recommendations, which helped me discover a few hidden gems in the area. The neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located near shops, dining, and nature spots. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for space hosted by someone who genuinely puts effort into making guests feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is private and very cozy. The neighborhood is also beautiful and nice to walk around. Nancy was a great host! Would definitely come back for our next Orlando trip.

Our stay was great - exactly how described and all the amenities we needed. It was close to restaurants (15 min walk or 5 min drive to Main Street and lakeside). Sanford is a lovely spot. The home is exactly what you would expect for the great price, yet it was homey and pleasant and had everything you needed. No problems with getting there, very clear entry instructions and wifi and TVs as well as games and books provided.

This was our second stay with Claudia. We stayed in another of her listings last year. Just like their other home, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Claudia and Jose sent very helpful check-in and check-out information prior to us arriving. The house is super cute and very cozy. Decor is very fun, colorful and inviting, house was very clean, nice little screened porch to sit and enjoy the nice weather and very conveniently located to the shops, restaurants and bars. Only a very short walk from the home, yet the music and noise from the nearby entertainment could not be heard from inside the house. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend Claudia and Jose’s listings to others looking for a place to stay in the downtown Sanford area! Wonderful hosts!!!
