Very nice apartment in a very peaceful area. Two bedrooms with big twin beds and private parking spot. Carmen, who handled the practicalities was very polite and quick to answer our questions. The apartment is far from public transport and grocery stores etc. so you need your own car.

Een gezellige plek waar je je gelijk thuisvoelt! Heerlijk rustige omgeving. We hebben in de avond genoten op de veranda waar je goed kunt toeven. Vogeltjes die fluiten, de leuke poes die eens langswandelt. En vanuit deze locatie kun je alle kanten op! Een aanrader om hier vakantie te vieren!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Das Gelände ist wunderschön, mitten in der Natur und mit viel Wasser in der Nähe. Perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, ideal gelegen, wenn man Amsterdam besuchen möchte – nur ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Familien super: es gibt einen Spielplatz und sogar ein Trampolin für die Kinder. Wir haben auch jemanden beim Angeln gesehen – richtig idyllisch! Preis-Leistung top

Très bon séjour dans cette maison. Rien à dire, tout était bien. Le mobilier et la literie sont de qualité. L’hôte est très sympathique. À 10min de la gare d’Abcoude en voiture. Train facile à prendre pour rejoindre le centre d’Amsterdam. Je recommande complètement !

Logement propre et très agréable. À 30 minutes d un parking P+R pour prendre le métro et être à Amsterdam rapidement . L environnement de l appartement est magnifique et paisible avec les petites maisons sur l eau . À recommander ++

We had a very Nice stay at Yoeris place ! The appartement is very Nice and decorated in very nice modern way The appartement is quite large and both bedrooms, the bathro and kitchen were also very clean Adorionnaly, the communications we had were very efficient and discussion were above all really friendly ! I recommend the place of course

Our week end at Mickey’s was very nice. The house is very spacious and peaceful. We loved the big windows and the garden. We also enjoyed some trips to Amsterdam even if it is better to go by car rather than with public transport which are longer. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect (we were a group of 8 friends including 2 couples). Mickey was even available on during the week in case we needed some help or just to answer to our questions. There is a supermarket really close to the house (5 min by walk) which is also really helpful!

Super séjour! La maison est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Elle est bien décorée, propre et bien équipée, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Il est possible de prendre le train pour Amsterdam qui est à 20min ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci !

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage in der idyllischen Umgebung und dem sehr schönen Haus. Wir waren dort zu fünf und hatten auch einen Hund dabei. Das hat alles super gepasst. Auch mit dem Boot zum Häuschen fahren und die Gegend erkunden hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne mal wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank. Familie Winkler

Super clean home, bright and it has everything we need to stay and enjoy the entire house for ourselves. The wonderful sunrise and the super stunning sunset just unbeatable. After stayed here for almost a week, i said to my wife that it would be nice to retire at waverveen. The super amazing host Ruud & Anna were super helpful from booking to checking out. Will definitely going to be back again! Super recommend!!!

We stayed at this stunning house set in the country side in Amsterdam. We were a group of six ladies and just felt right at home. We commuted from Amsterdam to the house via uber which was so easy ! We walked into the local town and around the area with stunning scenery and lots of cafes etc within 2 km. Lots of wildlife to see and the walking was really easy as it was all on the flat. We tried local ice cream too. Next to the house was the most stunning views and cafe that we sat drinking ginger tea, cava and lattes. The food was homemade and wonderful. We wish we could go back ! The house was spacious with large areas for our group to sit and eat together, we enjoyed the garden and the views. Our host was super helpful and responsive. Overall we had an amazing break and cannot fault it !

Une maison pleine de charme! Une décoration pensée et tout en raccord. Un quartier paisible et agréable. L’équipement est fantastique, un jacuzzi, trampoline et feu de cheminée ont clairement fait pencher la balance pour la location. Une hôte charmante et réactive. Bref à conseiller les yeux fermés.

Beste Luis en Carla, We hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf in jullie prachtige woonst. Spijtig dat mijn man ziek werd en we jullie moesten vragen om wat langer kunnen blijven. Jullie hebben ons zo vriendelijk ontvangen en op voorhand alles duidelijk uitgelegd. We komen zeker nog eens terug als we in de buurt moeten zijn en een overnachting zoeken. Bedankt voor alles! Hayko and Nerys are great hosts! Very communicative and helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. The surrounding construction is NOT a bother and noise from it does not reach the apartment. The apartment is amazing - well appointed, clean, and functional. We enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after a long day of sightseeing and we made a number of our own meals in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. The Nespresso works well, as well as the hot water kettle. Most of Amsterdam is very easy to access from this apartment. The tram is the easiest - no tickets, just use your credit card or Apple/Google pay to get on/off. Same with the buses, but they run less frequently. The 1e Coehoornstraat Tram Stop (#7 line) is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are 2 grocery stores also about a 5 minute walk, Albert Heijn and Odin (health food store). Highly recommend staying here, for the apartment and the vibe. Thank you Hayko and Nerys!

Nick’s apartment had everything we needed. He met us out front and helped with our bags before showing us around his place. He gave us recommendations and told us a little about Bodegraven. The walk to the train took us about 8 minutes.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.
