Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ), άνετο σαλόνι, επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα.
