Quite simply a wonderful place to stay and we cannot recommend it enough. We stayed for 1 week and for us what made it extra special was Vera who was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She also gave us a lot of tips for the local area, and those we went on did not disappoint us. From the apartment to the centre was a 5 min walk - many good restaurants and a great supermarket. We walked everywhere - down to the ancient ruins, to Red Beach and even to the Akortiri Lighthouse - it can be done, although most of this is along the road, but probably not with young children.

Sea & Sun Luxury Beach House

Perfect last stop on my trip to Greece. It was awesome to find so much of what I needed in one place. Additional options include taxi service, room service, in-room massage, & private tour of the island. I was greeted upon arrival & let into an impeccably clean room with a spacious old-style shower, separate beach towels provided for guest use, & a mini fridge with bottled water, a few snacks, & a small carafe of wine. The room is steps from the gorgeous black sand beach of Monolithos with restaurants, markets, & bus stops within walking distance. And a spectacular view! Communicating with Dimitris was fantastic; he is responsive & helpful. Everything was organized & set up to ensure that my stay was fabulous. My private tour was led by Emilios. He is very knowledgeable, but equally important is that he made it fun! He made me feel like the day was completely for me, even waiting patiently while I shopped for souvenirs. Added bonus: someone to take your photos. Definitely worth it!

The place was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Vivian and Tony were friendly and super helpful. The views from the balcony were the best and Pyrgos village was the nicest most authentic, pretty place we saw there. The restaurants nearby were all great, especially the cafe/bar Bosco. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks and we can’t wait to come again!

We had an amazing stay. Zak was a wonderful host- very responsive and friendly! He was patient with all of our questions- even did a video call to help us get the tv working for the Euros. He checked in to make sure all was well during our stay. And gave great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. The view from the front outside area is incredible. So relaxing. Was nice having the little restaurant onsite as well as the basketball court. We loved it, highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez John. La maison est très bien située et facilement accessible à pieds depuis le port. Elle est très jolie et la terrasse est très agréable, donnant sur une petite place avec vue sur la mer (dommage néanmoins pour les odeurs d'huile de la cuisine du restaurant à côté). Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs, je recommande !

Luiz and Ann were great hosts! They were very responsive and the property was neat and ready for us upon arrival! They have a house manager named George who was able to drive us as well and was extremely nice, kind, and helpful! The house was very clean and comfortable! All of the utilities worked well and Ann provided us with a few welcome snacks and was helpful in recommending things and places for us to go/do on the island! We would definitely stay again!

We had such an amazing stay at Terra Oliva - I can’t recommend it enough! The apartment was impeccable and the pool was so relaxing. Fratzekca was so helpful and friendly. The location was a short walk from lovely restaurants. We would stay here again in an instance!

The house is a bit hard to find but the owner provided great information to find it, even a video! The house is beautiful and very clean. When I walked into the house I felt as if I was walking into the Mama Mia movie- best Greece vibes!! We I loved the house and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The terrace of the house is the perfect spot to watch the sunset- amazing!! Overall, we will definitely stay here again!! 🤩👌
