You will enjoy staying above the coffee shop so it’s best suited for early risers if you’re a light sleeer! We are a block away from the 3 wedding venues in town. The 2 bedrooms above the cafe are booked separately with a full bathroom in the hallway for guests to share. This is a great location for 2 couples or a family to book both rooms as it’s a shared bathroom for the 2 rooms.

Our charming and side cottage on the 1st floor, 2nd floor Sea Breeze Bay and Ocean Serenade. Our house is a 100-year-old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.

Two quite private bedrooms are dedicated to a group of 1-4 guests (double-bedded room @$150, & twin-bedded room @$50/bed). Slim in-room foldout for a child is $25/night. FIOS throughout, and chef-prepared five-star breakfast in our original dining room. We're here for you--two well-vaccinated seniors with two amiable cats. Please come (and stay) healthy!

The condominium is a short three block walk to downtown Lewes with its excellent restaurants and shops, and a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Delaware Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and Cape Henlopen State Park.

Paradise Amish Guesthouse

The Paradise Amish Guesthouse is located on a typical Amish family rural property in central Lancaster County. John & Sarah have 5 children aged 12 & up. There are horses & chickens, as well as a large vegetable garden out back. A tour of the property may be available if time allows (please ask if interested). There will be other opportunities for interaction depending on the length of your stay, time of year & the family schedule.
