Great Views from the Deck & Peacful Stay! This home has some of the best views we have seen from any AirBnb stays. It has a small pond and sorrounded by hills. A Creek or small rivers goes behind the house and you could kayak or boat in it. Enough backyard place for kids to play! Initially we thought the house is small for the price we booked but its totally worth it beacuse of backyard & deck views. This place or town does not has many restaurants so you come prepared to cook food or travel little further to find nice restaurants! We visited this place in Spring time so probably its mosquito season there but Carry mosquito spray is recommended you have small kids or even for adults. We all loved staying in this home!

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! We were looking for quiet, peaceful, and lots of R&R. Bruce was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Patti was an amazing hostess. We had our dog with us and she went out of her way to make it perfect for him as well. The boys had a blast walking the fields and kayaking on the pond. My morning coffee view was amazing and the house perfect. I was excited to stay at the house and it went beyond my expectation. Roomy, clean and welcoming. I could not have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay at Isaac’s place. The house is super cute and cosy with everything you need, great TV and sound system. Issac was very helpful and friendly and the house was easy to find and get into. Peaceful area close to ski slopes and Margaretville. We had the best evening at Ark bowl & bbq.

The house was really well kept, designed and fitted with tons of fun activities. it sits on a gorgeous lake with incredible views! a few bugs of course as you’re so close to nature. marlaina was super responsive even when we had questions early in the morning. we loved staying here and hope we can again!

Peter’s place was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids under 4. Super clean, well designed, functional layout. Lots to do in the house and in warmer weather we would have loved all the activities on the lake. Peter was very responsive and accommodated an early check in. We had a great time. Thank you!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We loved how private, peaceful and secluded it was - exactly what we needed for a quiet family vacation. From the second we walked in we felt right at home. The house is cozy but also very spacious at the same time. And the view off the back porch is just AMAZING ! One of the most beautiful properties that we have ever seen. Chloe's Cottage is a perfect NYC escape! Arriving is easy with stunning Catskill scenery leading to this lakeside paradise surrounded by wildlife. Finding everything was effortless despite our nighttime arrival, with ample parking and excellent lighting. Inside exceeded our expectations - brand new furniture, cozy décor, and impeccable cleanliness. The gas fireplace quickly warmed the space, creating the perfect ambiance for wine and relaxation. We loved using the fire pit for breathtaking lakeside photos. The fully-equipped kitchen had everything needed, and the bathroom was pristine with plush towels. Upstairs, the comfortable queen bed delivered a silent, peaceful night's sleep. Waking to lake views from nearly every window was magical. Breakfast on the porch amid blooming gardens completed our stay. This cottage exceeded expectations at an incredible value. We're already planning a longer visit to enjoy more fireside evenings and lake activities! Thank you Chloe !

Wesley was a phenomenal host, beautiful home, extremely clean and comfortable! He checked in with us, making sure all was well during a snowfall, and offering a generator if the power were to go out! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were many other little extras like games, snacks, some drinks and all the cleaning supplies you might need. If we ever visit Cooperstown again, I would definitely stay at Wesley’s house a second time! Thank you for making our stay great!

What a wonderful place—cozy, warm, and incredibly inviting. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even texting us weather updates when it started snowing to make sure we were safe. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of coming back in the summer to experience the beautiful countryside in a different season. A solid 10/10—highly, highly recommend!

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

We were a group of 7 adults, 4 children, and 2 babies, and the house felt very spacious and comfortable for all of us. There were plenty of activities both inside the house and around the property, including a lovely pond. The location was also ideal, close to many of the places we wanted to visit, which made everything super convenient. Alexandra was super responsive and helpful!

The place was awesome and just what we were looking for our weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked as we made many meals during our stay and the house had everything you need! We would 100% stay here again!

I would highly recommend this house and the management team. The house was clean modern and just as described. The location and views were beautiful . It was perfect for a relaxing break we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere as there is a lot to do at the house. The lake was beautiful and clean, great for swimming.

Jules has a great spot here. My partner and I really enjoyed having a wood burning stove which made for a relaxing and cozy winter experience. Jules was very responsive throughout our stay.

We had a good time on the Beaver Kill. It's a beautiful location and a short drive to both the West and East Branch of the Delaware rivers. Unfortunately, the water levels were way down due to a lack of rain which made the fishing on the Beaver Kill challenging but we did catch a couple on it and the flows were normal on both the Delawares. Good time!

We had a great stay at the cabin, the surroundings were calm and beautiful. It was great to take the kayak and boat out on the lake. The cabin was extremely clean, which we appreciated. This was a wonderful short break for our family of three!

Great place to stay. Good fishing. Very relaxing to hang on the deck, watching the river go by. Ken was very responsive to our inquiries, and was kind enough to let us use one of his kayaks to float the river. Water was low at this time of year - took us 4 hours to kayak and fish from the fairgrounds. Lots of eagle sightings. Internet worked well, but phone service (Verizon) was very spotty. Would stay there again!

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving at the cabin and it was perfect . We unexpectedly got snowed in with 8+ inches and it was magical. I highly recommend a winter visit. We managed ok on the road without at AWD vehicle, but if I'd known we'd have winter conditions I would have rented one. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen and the pellet stove keeps everything very cozy. We spent our days walking nearby trails and evenings streaming old movies on the the projector. My dog was over the moon. Heather is so kind and very responsive to any questions throughout the visit. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful lakefront cabin tucked away from it all offered a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Would totally visit again. Plenty of firewood was a great perk. Loved it!

May we just say, WOW!🤩 What a beautiful setting to celebrate our anniversary with our pups. 🐶 🦮 This is our 1st lake house getaway and 1st vacation with our pups. 🔝🎩✨ We had the most marvelous, magical and restful experience. The chalet is a stunningly decorated modern log cabin with gorgeous natural light and lake access. The cozy quiet and nightly song of the crickets lulled us into a deep tranquil sleep. Our hosts were magnificent and flexible with arrival and departure times, which was deeply appreciated. The chalet emanates the thoughtfulness and careful attention to detail that matches their friendliness and kindness.
