Uncle Bucks was exactly as pictured and described. The location cannot be beat either, having walkable access to the beach was perfect. A lot of amenities at the cottage as well, the hot tub being the best in my opinion. I had a nice relaxing week, which was the goal of my visit. Thank you again!

Stayed at Grace's house Thanksgiving week. Her house was so comfortable, clean and cozy. We cook a lot and her kitchen was so well stocked - it had everything dish and pan we needed for all our meals! Such a close walk to the beach. We took many walks. All the bedrooms were warm and comfy. We played lots of games around the large dining room table. Grace is super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

Great spot! We’d love to go again. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. There are two newly constructed homes between the house and beach not in the photographs.

We stayed at Sienna’s for a winter getaway. It was secluded and perfect for our stay. Watching snow fall over the bay and beach was amazing.

I had a wonderful stay! Excellent location just steps from the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. WiFi worked great, which was important for me to work remotely (lots of video conferencing). I hope to return soon!

Fantastic house with a beautiful view. The house had beach chairs and plenty of toys/games to play. The beach is out the back door, steps away. Loved that it was fenced in and the dog could run around. We took advantage of the fire pit which was so nice on a beautiful night. House and beach are in the bay the ocean is about 10-20ish minute drive to Lewes/Rehoboth which are great places to eat and shop. About 20-30 minutes to the DE turf field. Would absolutely come back.

The cottage was exactly as described. The host was very response and proactively communicated with us about various accommodation.

Great location, very convenient, especially with a toddler. No restroom on the beach, but can easily walk back and forth from room. Not even 1 minute walk to be right on the beach, just removed from the start of a busy business boardwalk but so close that it makes the walk close. Pool is nice, private. Balcony is very large, cannot see the ocean from it. Condo is spacious, well equipped kitchen of tools. Helpful map and instructions from very responsive and friendly Donna! Dining and local activities guides and games are a helpful touch! Remember to bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, bedsheets, bath towels and laundry detergent!

We had such an incredible experience renting from Janna! She was attentive to communication from the moment I booked until we checked out. Her house is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The scenic views and multiple ambient outdoor areas were fantastic. A great area for groups as it provides many opportunities for comfortable and relaxing smaller gatherings within a large group. Can’t recommend this property enough and hope to visit again one day!

Cannot say enough about Joanna’s place. So glad we came across this gem. Cannot beat the location and views. Beautiful boardwalk and beach just steps out of your door. Starting the mornings and ending the nights sitting out on the private balcony hearing the waves and watching sunrise/sunset was perfect. Best restaurants and cute local shopping stores of Rehoboth within short walking distance. Thank you Joanna everything was perfect, will be staying again .

It was a great experience staying at Heather’s condo. The beach was a minute’s walk away and so were some great restaurants. The condo was spotless and had everything we could need.

Our family had a great off-season stay at Sea Colony. Condo is directly facing the ocean, as pictured, with easy access to the beach. Quick walk to the Bethany boardwalk. There was a plumbing issue when we arrived, but the hosts responded quickly and got it resolved.

This place deserves a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10. This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! Everything was upgraded and modern. The décor and interior design was high end from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom tile. Kitchen had every modern convenience you can think of – the coffee bar was the highlight! Five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms – everyone had their own beautiful space and privacy. Mattresses were so comfortable as were the pillows and blankets they provided. This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need! We will definitely come back during the warmer months so we can take advantage of the beautiful outdoor pool and yard. Loved the super large kitchen table that allowed us to enjoy games every evening. This host was a highly responsive host – literally responded to us within minutes. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic stay! I’ve been visiting RB for years and never stayed this close to the beach—made it very easy to step out to the boardwalk for an early morning walk. Many great restaurants are also in easy reach, and it’s not hard to get out to the main drag for the outlet stores and more. The condo is lovely and was very comfortable for two people. We loved being able to open three (!) screen doors to get a nice cross breeze, and the staff at Patrician Towers is super nice and were very helpful, as was our host Josephine!

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!

Great location for a short stay for a sports tournament at the DE Turf Complex. Very relaxing and beautiful views of the bay.

Shelly’s house was the perfect place for our weekend retreat! The 5 of us all had our own spaces and could comfortably be in the perfectly furnished shared spaces! Everything is what I’d choose for my own home - comfortable, lovely without being fussy, makes being there easy. Highly recommend!

My family and I rented this as a post-holiday getaway and it was perfect. Comfortable living space that allowed family to gather and offered privacy for my adult and nearly adult sons. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and dishes. Front screened porch catches the morning sun and was warm enough to sit on during the mild winter days and a great spot to people watch as people walked to the public beach access. Very quiet and restful, easy beach access and water and sanctuary views. Would definitely consider renting again!

Really nice and accurately described vacation condo. It was perfect for a golf trip for four and very close to the beach, restaurants, etc.

We got a last minute chance to get away and saw Eileen's property online. She was very flexible with our our booking and with checkout. The house is exactly as pictured. It is in a relaxing and peaceful setting on the Bay. The property has every amenity you need. Eileen's touches helped to make us feel very welcomed. All the furniture and beds were comfortable. The screened in porch is a highlight along with being able to see sunrises from the bedroom each day. It is a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. We had a beautiful time and will be back!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The perfect place for a quiet getaway. Friendly neighborhood with quiet streets perfect for bike riding. JPs is a wonderful restaurant on the water and within easy walking distance. Delicious food and ice cream. The house came with all the things you’d need for a great beach getaway and we felt right at home in the beautiful and clean space.

We enjoyed our stay at Enrique’s home. It’s a convenient location right next to the beach. We would come back again.

We had a relaxing week thanks to the great location and responsiveness of the host. It was an easy walk to the beach, Funland and restaurants. The host’s restaurant downstairs (Mariachi) has exceptional food!! FYI, we could not hear the restaurant. Eight of us, plus a toddler had plenty of space in the condo. We plan to book this condo again!
