Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

Spacious house in Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club neighborhood. 5 bedrooms including 2 master en-suites, 1 on first floor. WIFI, and Smart TVs throughout. Grill on the deck and enjoy dining on our screened in porch. Ride provided bikes to the beach, bay, downtown Rehoboth and Outlets. Use our complimentary parking permit for beach parking, or hop on nearby DART. Stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators. Included linens, beach towels, bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and boogie boards!

Farm house Oasis

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 1st floor unit, located on a gated farm, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 6 people. If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the place for you. We have walking paths for you to enjoy and make sure to say hi to the animals as you walk by. Sit out on the front porch and watch the sunset or sit out by the pond and watch it there. This unit is 10 minutes from the nearest shopping. Do not enter barns or pastures.

Family friendly get-away filled with fun. All the amenities of a single family home, plus a backyard made for life at the beach. Proudly offering an in-ground pool, air-conditioned pool house with changing room, 3 season entertainment space, fire pit and deck spaces. The Pool is opened May 1st-October 1st. Walking distance to Downtown Milton's shops, restaurants, and -of course- Dogfish Head Brewery. Just a short drive to the Delaware Beaches. Newly renovated Pool House in 2024.
