Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely off the beaten path bay house. Enjoy nature. Bird watch if you are lucky you may see dolphins. bring your fishing pole or kayak. this beach is not good for swimming. Rehoboth beach is about 45 minutes away De turf Spots Complex about 15 minutes away. only 1 dog Preferably under 30 lbs but we'll make exceptions. You may also see black sand depending on what the tide is doing. cold weather discounts in place on calendar.

Enjoy this comfortable, relaxing guest suite with a kitchenette in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Newark. Close to Downtown and Main St, this is a great base to explore the area and the University. We are less than 3 miles from the University and Main Street. The suite is tastefully furnished in a neighborhood with mature trees. It is totally private, with a separate entrance and a keypad for self check in. Parking is available in the driveway. Truly a serene getaway!

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way".
