The property is rurally located in the village of Cwm but just a stone’s throw from any amenities you might need during your break, such as being just a short walk from the local pub and restaurant, The Blue Lion. With a cosy wood-burner in the living area, you can either stay in and admire the views or explore the many nearby walks, including the Offa’s Dyke footpath which passes close by.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905.
