If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for, then this is the place for you. We are set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, surrounded by hills. We have a smallholding of 20 acres. Guests are encouraged to explore our property and get to meet our animals..alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep. Here peacocks, guinea fowl, geese, turkeys and hens roam freely. We have the friendliest dogs and cats! The unit has everything you will need for your stay. Anything else you require, we are on hand to assist.

The pod is heated inside and tea and coffee facilities are included. The seated decking area offers undisturbed views onto the Clwydian Range. One of three beautiful craftsman built shepherds huts, Hicks Hut is situated in its own peaceful wildflower meadow The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream alongside creates a relaxing stay.

It has everything you need to retreat from the real world, whether it's for a cosy night in, in front of the log burner or a chance to sit and stargaze on the deck. There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.
