We had such a lovely stay in Richard’s home. We felt right at home the minute that we walked in the door. The house had everything that we needed to relax, cook all of our meals, work in a dedicated work space and just enjoy the beautiful trees in the backyard. It was also so quiet and clean. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind when we need to host in the Denton Area.

A beautiful spot for a weekend getaway. Cozy for 2 people and big enough for more. We love a movie and gaming night so the living room set up with the big TV was perfect. Garage perfectly fit the vehicle with no issues, easy to load and unload luggage in there out of the rain. Christa was a very kind, considerate host and responded super quick to any messages sent. 10/10 recommend 😊

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The house had plenty of amenities making the price worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!

The place was very clean, plenty of parking, close to restaurants, walmart, other stores, lake, and police department. Large yard to play kickball, lots of good family time. Garage parking, simple instructions, clean and well designed space, responsive host, and secure entry and exit. We could walk to breakfast or take a short drive down to the lake. A nice little visit.

Britney was a great host. It was the perfect weekend to stay that was needed. She was very responsive and helpful with getting birthday weekend greeting together I definitely recommend staying here. There’s tons to do in the area and it’s very close to the airport as well. Definitely will be booking again.

This was a beautiful apartment. Our stay was very short, beds and showers were in great shape and very comfortable.

Communication was amazing! She even was there at check in with wine & snacks & a few things you may have forgotten to pack which is a 1st for me always self check in. Very sweet person! The apartment layout is spacious as expected with a big master bathroom. Location was perfect for us!

Great place for families. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Close to airport. We were really happy with the space. Very comfy and perfect for our family. Ron was very responsive, and we appreciated the hospitality!

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

This house was perfect for our large group of moms and daughters. The neigborhood is quiet and beautiful and the property is verr private. Lots to do and lots of space so we didn't feel cramped.

We had a great weekend. The house and pool were clean, we felt right at home. Roy gave clear, easy to follow directions and reached out during our stay to make sure everything was ok and that we had everything we needed.
