Step back in time and find rest and relaxation without sacrificing modern conveniences. The Chesteen is named after Chesteen Wildes, the current owner's great grandfather. Built in 1890.

There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! You can enjoy your morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and grill dinner under the string lights on the back deck where we have a cute, fenced in back yard! The perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, celebrations, couple reconnecting, and small families. We have everything you need to feel right at home. There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

The king sized bed is very comfortable and the large tub is beautiful and absolutely luxurious! Perfect for long bubble baths or epsom salt bath soaks for detoxing and soaking away aches. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In close proximity to the center of town yet very quiet area. Our home is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a large living room. The sofa in the living room has a bed to accommodate 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dinning table. We have a small coffee station for guest enjoyment.
