Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

What a charming and special place! My sister and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was fabulous, super walkable to many cute restaurants, the botanic gardens and more. The little fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. It was clean, comfy and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Greg's place was the perfect spot for my stay to visit my son at CU. It is a short (10-15 min) walk to campus and less than 10 minutes to Pearl St. for shops, restaurants and coffee. The apartment is separate from the house and private. The dedicated parking spot is key. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect place for our stay, close to everything we wanted. Loved the neighborhood, very quiet. Great communication, checking to make sure everything was ok. We were very comfortable here. Met all our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near downtown Louisville.

I stayed at Alexandra’s place for a couple of weeks and I really liked my time there. The house is well equipped (literally had everything I could think of — from washer and dryer to toaster and snacks), it’s full of natural light. It’s located a couple of blocks away from the downtown but it’s not noisy at the same time. As a runner I really enjoyed easy access to trails and mountains nearby. My hosts were very helpful, gave some recommendations about the local places and answered a bunch of my questions. I’d definitely stay there next time.

Ben’s house is the perfect place for one to two people who want to be centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. They thought of everything including various charging cables for your devices. The kitchen is well stocked, with a few complementary snack items provided which was a nice touch. The space is modern and updated, a lovely place to relax in while visiting.

This place was peaceful and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities like the fire pit and pickle ball court but everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I had a truly great stay. The place is so comfortable and charming. And the location was fabulous! I was in Denver for a conference at the Convention Center, and it was a nice 45 minute walk along the Cherry Creek Trail on a beautiful afternoon (and an easy uber ride at other times). The surrounding neighborhood is wonderful — walkable, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. A highly recommended Airbnb!!!

Awesome stay! Great setup. Good desk and office chair was able to work effectively the entire week. Nicely laid out space. Comfortable couch. Nice big TV. Good location walkable to Safeway, coffee, food, even walked to the nuggets game. Communicative and flexible. I loved my stay here.

This place is amazing. Cory made it very easy to find and check in and out. It also felt like home - not like some bare bones place to only sleep at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The internet / wifi was great too and supported video calls, remote work, and gaming. And it's a close walk through a beautiful neighborhood to all the restaurants and shops on Tennyson. It was quiet and private at night, and we loved sitting at the table outside during the day. If you're reading this, book the place.

This cozy cottage was the perfect landing pad for my little family. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was super convenient, just minutes from Sloan Lake and close to a shopping center with Target and King Soopers, which made errands easy. The host was very nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The little patio area was super cute, and my pups absolutely loved it! The space was peaceful, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I accidentally messed up the timing on my other stay in Colorado and needed somewhere to stay for the night, so I booked here. If I could do it again, I'd stay here the whole week instead! The place was easy to get to, the inside was clean and cozy, and Andrew and Michael were extremely helpful and communicative. If planning a stay in Denver, this is your place!

Great instructions and the place was just like the photos. The ladder and stairwell corner were a little sketchy... wouldn't recommend it if you had small children. Overall the place fit our needs just great, we were able to walk home from our concert at the Ogden and the four of us we're pretty comfy.

This place was great, and matched the pictures. This is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to in a while and it’s just big enough for 2+ a dog. Bed is comfy Good location to take transit We loved doing the self guided five points walking tour just up the street Unit can get really hot but the a/c unit and windows help get the right air flow

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The place was thoughtfully designed, peaceful, clean, and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive without being overbearing. Parking was easy. The location was convenient. Very impressed.

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

Peter's guest lodging was perfect for my recent business travel, especially the beautiful walks I was able to take to decompress from the day. The balcony is a special gift for any sunrise lovers! Would definitely recommend to other travels who still have their treehouse imagination (loft bedroom).

Eddie is a great host and his space is very peaceful! The location is very central. The views from the patio are amazing! Eddie is very responsive and helpful! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

This place was exactly like the description and pictures. It was easy to get to and always had parking near the place. Met Joanne the first day, and she was very nice and recommended some places around. When we first walked in, there was a really strong smell of animal urine. I know it was the people before us and not her fault, so I let her know, and within 5 minutes, she was spraying some cleaner to help the smell. An extremely responsive host and always easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this place for any amount of time.

Lovely space for 1-2 people! Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils to be able to prepare meals. A little hard to find due to construction in the area but heather answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. Close to coffee shops and grocery stores. Quiet/safe neighborhood.

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.
