Great stay! Perfect location with union station across the street. Made getting to and from the airport very easy. Beautiful place as well.

It was just what we needed. Quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. We only used the kitchen to make coffee but it's suitable for making a full dinner.

Kylen's place was amazing! Beautiful sunlit apartment and a great location with a whole foods right downstairs.

Had a great stay at Lillian’s! We loved the space, the view, and all of the building’s amenities. The location was also great, as there was so much to do around us and it was easy to hop onto the highway to get around other parts of Denver. And my family loved all of the extra fun touches in the unit like the assortment of games, karaoke mics, and snacks that were left out for us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)

Anne was a great host and the apartment was beautiful. Great location and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking for one car was included, which was super helpful.

Great stay! Perfect location! Walkable to tons of shops and restaurant options. Can even walk to Union Station for train service. Tre was very friendly, helpful, and responsive host. We will def be staying with him again next time in Denver!

Very nice place. Perfect for two couples on a weekend getaway. Quick response from the hosts, very clean, nice style, well appointed, comfy beds. I would stay here again.

We had a 50th surprise celebration for my wife and two other couples accompanied us. More than enough space for all of us. Enjoyed the game room and spa. Kitchen was well equipped. Backyard was enjoyable as well. Did not spend much time in backyard due to excursions but provided a nice atmosphere. Everyone thought it was a good accommodation and close access to Denver. All in all Mark was a great host and very communicative throughout the process. We will definitely consider his place and the area. Made for a great surprise 50th celebration. My family and I stayed at Sam’s place with another family and we had a great experience. The location was close to everything and Arvada itself is a hidden gem. Sam’s place was a great oasis to retreat to every night. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. I’d definitely recommend this home for anyone who wants a convenient location and a comfortable and beautiful home to come to nightly.

Chris and Kate were great! They were extremely flexible and accommodating to our last minute booking. They stocked snacks and kcups which was a nice treat! The beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were great and the house is decorated really cute and felt homey. There is a cute park within walking distance that we took advantage of with our 18 mo and dog and Old Town Arvada is a short drive away where we had a few great meals! There are a few unfinished areas as other reviews mentioned but they didn’t affect us as all!

Came here with 10 other people for a birthday weekend. House was clean, spacious, modern, and well organized. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, and spices. Bedrooms were all spotless, linens were clean and comfy. Bathrooms all clean, we were well stocked with towels. We had more than enough space for everyone to get together or spread out across the house. The game room was a hit as well as the outdoor seating area. We appreciated the Alexa’s around the house so we could listen to different music. Grill was clean, included everything you needed to cook. We had a great weekend, this house was very homey and comfortable. Again, very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We made a huge breakfast bar and had a carne asada cookout. Felt like we were right at home!

I had a wonderful time staying at Jeff's house! As a group of 11, we really enjoyed the comfy couch for everyone to hang out on, and the kitchen had all of the cookware and appliances we needes. The outdoors fire pit area was great for morning coffee and breakfast. The overall house was comfortable with fun decor. It was easy to get to Denver for all of the plans we had, it felt like nothing took more than 15 minutes to get into the city. Highly recommend!

Kevin's place was great! Easily accommodated two families with kids and a quiet place to recover after a busy day exploring Denver's parks and museums.

Beautiful house and excellent historic neighborhood. Do wish it had a living room set up for hanging out but the trade off is that it can sleep many!
