Lovely place. Felt right at home. Mark was very clear with the instructions and was responsive.

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Great host great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Fantastic location with great amenities. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a weekend away. Host was very responsive to any questions asked.

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

The stay was perfect, exactly as described and Crispus was a great host.

Lovely stay, close to Buxton town centre with a good choice of restaurants and walking distance from the Pavillion Gardens. The apartment has many traditional features. A few stairs down to the kitchen area and up to the ensuite bathroom were a bit tricky at times but overall the apartment felt very homely. Nick and Rachel were amazing hosts, quick to respond to any questions we had. Hope to be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here, very specious and all of the amenities needed! The pull out sofa bed was very easy to put up and the beds were comfortable. Good location, very easy to get to and from the city centre, everywhere walking distance and Martin kindly left a binder with recommendations which was helpful! Thanks for being a great host Martin, would recommend this spot to others looking for a stress free stay in Nottingham!

We had a lovely stay in Buxton! The location is amazing—just a short walk into town, which made everything super convenient. The two bedrooms were perfect for our group and very comfortable. We did end up using the sofa bed as well; just a heads-up that it’s on the smaller side, so something to keep in mind if your a 6 person group. When we realised we’d forgotten to bring bedding for it, Fiona was incredibly kind and helped us out, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place and a wonderful host.

We had the pleasure of having our colleague Tom stay here, and he absolutely LOVED the apartment! It’s such a beautiful space—well-furnished, modern, and up-to-date. Khalid is an AMAZING host—always super accommodating, helpful, and just a message away! This is the second apartment we've booked with him, and we can’t recommend it enough. Highly recommend booking with Khalid for a fantastic stay!

Great location easy walk into town

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

Me and my boyfriend booked this for my birthday weekend away and it did not disappoint :) it was a very good apartment, all that was needed was there. Tesco right next to it, shopping centre as well...transportation is also accessible...100% recommend!
