Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

You will be comfortable in our house, full of character. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, plus one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom upstairs and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with Wi-Fi TV, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Perfect for a couple's get away at this stunning location, situated on the cycle path around Carsington water, with stunning views of the reservoir. Lots of walking routes on your doorstep. It is adjoining to Upperfield Farm, a large holiday cottage, that only takes weekend bookings. we accept well-behaved pets with a small £20 pet fee. We have now started offering one breaks.

There is free parking on the drive for one car. Please be aware that the stairs can prove challenging to older visitors or those with disabilities, and they also make the annexe unsuitable for infants.
