The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Peaceful and quiet with views of the pastures, cattle grazing, dark skies and the only traffic coming by are ranch hands tending to the land and cattle. A 30 minute drive on country highways takes you to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.
