It was exactly as described. I was able to set a personal record at the marathon I was in Toledo for thanks to the accuracy of the description and the amenities provided. If I do the Glass City Marathon again, I will book this unit again if it is available.

This was a wonderful place that was fully furnished and had everything I needed. Chelsea was a wonderful host and this experience was great. Thanks again and will definetly book again when in Chatham!

This is my favorite spot to visit and no stay ever feels long enough! The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything needed. The location is ideal! If you’re looking for a walkable neighborhood, surrounded by stunning views of nature and some of the friendliest people on earth, this is the place to stay! I’ll be back as often as possible.

Definitely did not know what I was getting myself into but we loved staying here!! The area is super cute and communication was great! Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in the area

A great place to stay! Very clean and a cool little place! The building itself was quiet (minus the elevator in the apartment we had) but not a dealbreaker. A short Uber ride to downtown, and a rented scooter ride back was a fun way to get around. The unit itself has everything we needed. Definitely would come back. Thanks for the stay!

Such a charming space in a beautiful house! I love the character of older homes and this one is great. Radiant heat kept the place plenty warm. Host was a great communicator. Bed was VERY comfortable. I’d definitely return.

This was a great stay! Place looked just like the pictures and Kailee always responded within a few hours to any of my questions. Place was easy to find, check-in was super easy with a smart phone. If you don't have a smart phone they'll send you a code to use on the door. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Chatham. The only con was that if you're in the main living area you can hear people entering/exiting the building (but that's common in many places) and upon arrival the common hallway to the building smelled like smoke. That was just the building though. The unit itself didn't smell like smoke.

Terrific newly renovated basement two-bedroom. Easy to enter with keypad. Located in pretty quiet area, 5m walk to bus terminal and waterfront. Appeared to be quite safe, and easily walkable in all directions. Space includes the usual amenities, all functional, but I could say that there were a few missing kitchen items if you plan on doing any serious cooking.

Wonderful hosts (great communication and welcoming including writing our name on chalk board at entry). Convenient location off of the highway and provided parking was great. Coffee bar was hospitable touch. Terrific place for our family and very comfortable. Can't wait to come again!

Cheryl's place was better than expected‼️ It was roomier than photos depicted, well equipped, very clean, had luxury linens, and included drinks and snacks❣️ Will consider staying there again 😁

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

A lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable, well maintained and well furnished. Everything we needed was there. Communication was excellent. Very responsive and proactive. Highly recommended for stays in the Detroit area. Will definitely return for a future stay.

Great people, great place, and great value. Our group of 12 came in to see a Lions game, and this was the perfect accommodation. We hadn’t stayed in many hostels before so we didn’t know what to expect, but we would certainly come back here. Lots to do nearby on Michigan Ave too.

This place was perfect for our visit to family in the area. The proximity to downtown meant that we could walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I hadn't noticed the hot tub in the listing, and it was a pleasant surprise. Dana was very helpful and communicated well. The shower temperature was challenging to get right - that was the only minor inconvenience. This is a comfortable place for one person or a couple. The kitchen is small but adequate for storing a few items and heating up a soup or loaf of bread.

This was one of my favorite AirBnBs I've ever booked due to the epic decor! Really fun place to stay with friends. HUGE TV and couch for watching movies!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

I would stay here again in a heart beat and I plan to. The surrounding area is very quiet and very nice. Fast food and grocery stores and restaurants are very close by and that’s super helpful! 10/10 on my experience!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

The location was GREAT! Right downtown, walking distance from most bars and stores! The space was what was shown, small but quaint and cozy. Great price! The only negative part of booking is the excessive communication with multiple emails and texts with a lot of instructions telling you to give phone numbers, emails, pictures of driver licenses and selfies! I think it was worth it for the price, but just know it’s a lot of communication and instructions and rules. The host is very kind though and wants to do all she can to make your stay a good one.

Great stay! I was in the area for business and wanted a more comfortable place vs the typical hotel. This was a great stay and I would definitely use again if I’m back in the area. Super easy check in and great communication. Had everything I needed.
