Fantastic place to stay! Our family loved every second and was even more wonderful than what we were expecting especially as this was booked for a surprise birthday weekend away. We loved our stay. Matthew was so helpful when we couldn’t work out how to use the hoist and came straight away. A really beautiful house perfect for our family gathering, and accommodated all my Dad’s needs in a wheelchair. It has been lovingly built. Nice and warm. Even had toys for the children to play with, and they loved the bunk beds. Beautiful place and if we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay again. Great base to explore locally, and also day trips to Exeter, Weymouth and RHS Rosemoor. Thank you Matthew!

Perfect private place to stay Friendly helpful hosts Easy to find using what 3 words

We were welcomed on arrival by Deborah's husband Doug. Deborah had kindly left us milk in the fridge and something sweet to have with our first cup of tea. The property itself was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay and the heating, which we needed a couple of mornings, was easy to use and warmed up quickly. There was a problem with connecting to the WiFi which Doug rectified quickly. The location was very good for walking the Exe Coast Path and was about a mile from the town centre and a mile and a half to the beach. The property is on a busy road so care needs to be taken when pulling on and off the drive, but there is no road noise in the bungalow. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Tina was an amazing host. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly, proactive in her communication and is at the end of the phone if you needed her. The welcome guide was very detailed and included some fantastic recommendations along with all you needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was just so lovely and we felt very at home. A fantastic location to explore Exeter and very comfortable with superb facilities and equipment. The car parking space was a great bonus and everything was very secure. We loved our stay and I am already looking at dates to rebook. Thank you Tina for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

Amazing house, with beautiful scenery; photos don’t do it justice. Samantha was always quick to answer any questions and as a birthday surprise on arrival, had put up banners/balloons which I’d posted to her. There’s everything you can think of/need at the house and the hot tub was an added bonus; we went in every day! Would highly recommend and would love to return one day!

Der Aufenthalt bei Kayleigh war rundum perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und direkt nebenan liegt ein toller Pub mit super netten Besitzern. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Verweilen, den ich absolut empfehlen kann!
