The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, with a lift available. It offers ample space for two people to comfortably stay for 3-4 days. The location is excellent, right in the heart of F11 Markaz. The host is highly responsive and addresses any questions or needs promptly. The kitchen is fully functional, equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and hob, along with basic utensils, though oil, salt, black pepper, and non-stick pans are not provided. The mattress could use some improvement; it's not bad but could be more comfortable. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working.

Had an excellent stay at Ayesha’s place, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The portion was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, but still close to all the major attractions. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Ayesha’s hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Any issues were promptly resolved as communication was always prompt and friendly, and I really appreciated the personal touch. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and would highly recommend Ayesha’s place to anyone visiting Islamabad. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in so far. Each room had its own bathroom and there’s a park very close by. The location is safe and beautiful. It was spacious and there was a pool table. We honestly spent a lot of time playing pool. The host was very responsive and makes you feel at home. Overall, will definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay with family on a trip from the UK. The host reassured us throughout the run up to the stay and during. The on site caretaker was amazing, extremely respectful and aware we were travelling with family and required privacy and respectful distance etc. they couldn’t do enough for us, from staying awake until 3am to receive us after a delay, and also getting us food at that time, helping us with housekeeping needs, local needs such as booking transport, the whole stay was made very pleasant due to their care and respect. It’s a little further from malls etc than I’d like but the care more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend . Thank you!

Used this accommodation prior to flying out of Islamabad airport. Was a great place to stay in Bahria with my large family, place is as described and as in pics. No signs of wear or tear that you get with most places on this platform Absolutely great place to stay and recommend to all !

Host has taken very well care of even the minor details like the lighting the decorations everything They have all the amenities in washroom Regarding bedroom they have "queen sized" bed with perfect lighting and air conditioning The living room has every thing you need from WiFi to smart TV In kitchen you can find plates, cutlery sauce pan frying pan, salt pepper and even oil for tea and coffee they have electric kettle, tea bags, green tea, tea whitener and sugar Overall the stay was perfect Location was perfect right behind kazani heights is soan society where all sort of basics are available like bakery, grocery, photocopy shop For me this stay was the best The rooftop restaurant and the staff there was very helping and polite For swimming pool you have to pay separately and they have slots 10% discount is giving to the people living in apartments The ambience was so good They have very nice polite lifegaurd

I have been at this facility with previous management as well and I must say Jalil Sb has kept it the way it was on the first day I stayed. I got delayed i was not able to come and stay, thoug it was none refundable from the airbnd but Dr Shahnawaz spoke to the support and made full refund of my payment.
