Our cottage is snuggled amongst recreational hotspots, walking distance to the beach, 2 miles from beautiful Afton MN (state park, downhill skiing), 4 miles from Hudson WI (shopping, dining, boat cruises, live music), 15 minutes from historic Stillwater. This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Unpaved driveway with ample parking for 2 vehicles.

The Guest Suite is on the lower level of the home. Perfect for overnight, weekend, and short-term guests in mind. Surrounded by Frontenac State Park, enjoy the quiet or head out for an adventure. A clean open space with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The home is a quick drive to either Red Wing or Lake City all though I live in country on gravel road . It's a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin. Bring your water toys and enjoy the day

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. We are located 4 miles south of I94 in the edge of Hudson but have a River Falls address. Easy access to the Twin Cities and nearby areas including Hudson, Stillwater, etc. Huge bedroom suite with comfy Queen Bed, w/private Bathroom and Kitchenette. This place is wooded/quiet and worth checking out for a relaxing stay. It is clean and comfortable! Note: We do not accept same day local guests. Lodging for 4 people. There are 4 twin beds. Great location for those that like to fish! Plenty of parking for boat(s) and vehicle(s). Also great for those looking to see the surrounding area and events (Treasure Island Event Center). Your place is 3 miles from downtown Red Wing MN, along the Mississippi River. Just yards up from Everett’s Resort and 2 miles from the DNR boat access Pool 4 off of Hwy 63 WI. There is also public offshore fishing within walking distance of the lodging.

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.
