Super séjour dans l'appartement de Philip : très agréable et chaleureux, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Bien situé, proche des transports, idéal pour un séjour en famille !

Great place to stay! It felt very homey and had everything we needed. It was easy to get to on public transportation and we really enjoyed the space!

Saubere Unterkunft mit sehr bequemen Queen-size Betten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern, auch die Sitzgelegenheit mit zwei Stühlen. Direkt an der Straße kann man das Auto stehen lassen (Tagesticket: 24 €). Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt mit der Straßenbahn 26 in circa 18 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn fahren zuverlässig und regelmäßig. Fußweg zur Haltestelle beträgt 1,3 km. Das Viertel ist noch im Aufbau, in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keinen Bäcker oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

We have had the most fantastic stay with Joek . He is a super lovely guy and his accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage sons . Brilliant placed for local shops , eating etc and a short ride by train into the centre . We went to a concert at the Ziggo Dome which was a 10 minute walk . Joek is helpful , relaxed and accommodating . Would definitely go back, and totally recommend it . Thanks Joek !

Nous avons passés un très beau séjour au sein du logement. De plus, l’accès à Amsterdam était très facile grâce a l’accessibilité au tram depuis le logement. Mais si notre week end était aussi agréable, c‘est surtout grâce à la gentillesse et réactivité des hôtes ! Elisa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is spacious and comfortable, the area is lovely, with lots of greenery. The local amenities are only a short walk away. Everything is as described and we would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Incredible place with wonderful host! It is the perfect stay in Amsterdam, not far from the center by tram (very easy), quiet and you feel right at home And the parking spot was a huge plus Would definitely come back and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Raul is very nice and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect. We can easily walk anywhere in downtown. Many restaurants and bars around here. Especially recommend to young people to stay.

Our week stay was wonderful. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes from the train station. Check in/out was straight forward, Atilla was responsive and welcoming!

The apartment is sunny and bright, clear of clutter, well lit, and so nice to be in. From the get go, Armand was incredibly responsive, and if there was anything I needed or had a question about, he was right on it. The location is also terrific, close to transit, can walk to so much, beautiful parks nearby, shopping, etc. It made for a wonderful "home" while in Amsterdam. Bedankt Armand! - Nina

Eine sehr schöne, helle, ruhige und große Wohnung auf zwei Etagen und das in einer Top Lage. Mehr braucht man nicht, um ein paar schöne Tage in Amsterdam zu verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Delightful canal home, more spacious than we anticipated, with a flower garden under the front window. Fabulous location within walking distance of many of the main museums, excellent restaurants in the immediate area, many practical amenities (nearby groceries, etc.). We walked almost everywhere, did not use public transportation at all, but it was right there, both metro and tram, just across the canal. Michele was responsive and generally lovely, making us feel welcome--tulips on the table, a special Easter bread. We had everything we needed for our four-night stay, and the bed was wonderful and cozy with puffy covers. If we're in Amsterdam again, we would love to have another stay here. Highly recommended.

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

The host provided explicit directions and the place matched the description, easy to locate. The host was also flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. The small patio at the back was a pleasant bonus. The layout is a bit convoluted ( for 4 beds) but then being a groundfloor unit, NOT having to navigate any staircase was a big comfort. Price was a tad steep.

Great communication from host weeks before the stay up until departure. The property was great for what we needed, clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The location is perfect, with many restaurants, shops and a beautiful park very close to the apartment. Being on the ground floor is a huge benefit given how tiny the staircases are in most buildings. Ella was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. We will certainly come back.
