A great value. Great accomodations and a great host! Check in was easy. As soon as I was inside the gate I was greeted and got offered help with my bags. The whole compound is private and gated in with someone on site 24/7. The bungalow was clean and exactly as pictured. The host Bao is extremely accomatdating as well. I was only able to book one night through the app last minute, but was able to stay for a few days longer as Bao offered me to stay in the room for the same rate for as many days needed. I really appreciated that. I arrived at night on the eve of the holiday so there wasn't much open. The host offered to cook some dinner for me. I also had some hot coffee on the house as well. Over all a great stay, I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Hoi An area. I would recommend to people who like a bit of privacy and not too much hustle and bustle of tourist areas. If you have a motorbike old town and all of the tourist places are just a 10-12 min ride away.

Geweldige host die ook nog wat tips gaf voor de omgeving. Heerlijke zwembad waar je lekker kan verkoelen in de hete zon! Grote ruime villa met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt.

The space was spectacular. one of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed in vietnam. Only thing there’s nothing close by because it’s in a gated community but i’d defs stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely house

좋은 추억 많이 만들고 갑니다! 무료 픽업인데도 댄디한 기사님 덕분에 첫인상부터 좋았는데 이 대형평수를 어쩜 이리 잘 관리하시는지 아주 쾌적하게 이용 잘했습니다! 같이 간 일행들도 이 좋은 풀빌라를 이 가격에 예약했냐고 칭찬 가득이라 어깨에 힘도 들어가고 좋아서 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다 :)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa Rosie 2 , cosy et confortable, excellente literie et qualité des serviettes de toilettes. Bien sûr nous avons adoré la piscine avec son petit coin détente après nos balades. La villa est à 10 mm à pied de la vielle ville et des restaurants. Très sympa le soir et pour faire des allers retours dans la journée. Bien sûr il y a aussi les taxis ( pour info bcp moins chers que les « pous pous « à vélo ) et je recommande le salon de massage sur la rue principale. Seul petit bémol la villa 2 est située dans une petite rue où ne passent que les scooters , s attendre à un peu de bruit quand même et pour nous pas de chance une veillée mortuaire dans la rue ( barrée pour l occasion ) pendant 3 jours et 3 nuits très très bruyante ( chants et « dong ») mais ce n est pas la faute de Rosie .j ai toujours des boules Quies avec moi ….. mais ça n a pas suffit 😞

A wonderful place to stay! The villa is very large and luxurious with a beautiful view. It’s close to the beach, swimming pools and the Nep restaurant. My kids enjoyed the private pool every day. The host is very attentive, offering help and advice to make the most of the facilities and the region. We had a great time.

픽업을 너무 깔끔하고 고급스러운 밴으로와주셔서 편하게 움직였어요! 룸에 다이슨 드라이기 에어랩에 주방용품들도 다 구비되어있어서 준비해갈게 없네요!! 더군다나 아이들 용품은 무료로 대여가 가능한데 다른 용품들도 대여가능하다고해서 깜빡하고 어른들 물놀이용품은 안가져갔는데 다 빌려서 놀았네용 ㅎㅎ 아이들과 함께하는 여행에서 그냥 와도 다있으니 편하게 놀수있고 나중에도 재방문하고싶어요 !!! 너무 만족스러운 여행이었어요!

Truc's place is lovely. The house is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is gorgeous!!! Truc was so helpful! She arranged a taxi to and from the airport, a scooter for my son and supplied lots of local knowledge. We had 10 delightful days in Hoi An and would definitely come back to Truc's house and would recommend to friends.

We loved it here. We had 11 people and it was great, we didn’t even use two of the rooms, plenty of space. We utilized the kitchen and outdoor spaces quite a bit. Had all the amenities we needed, even had activities for kids. Host was able to help schedule 16 passenger taxis as needed., as well as rent us a motorbike. Location was good, a bit far for our family to walk with a few people in their 60s, but the electric golf carts made getting back from hoi an quick and easy.

This villa is amazing! The amenities, rooms and overall house are outstanding. Lovely on site housekeepers to help with everything and host was super responsive and helpful. Word of warning, the amazing rooms at the top, with the jacuzzis, mean a lot of stairs :-) Location is a little out of town and in between a loud bar and karaoke place. Hired scooters to get around and it was really easy to navigate and get wherever you need to go. Double glazing helps with the bar noise. Highly recommend for group stays
