The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Minutes from St. Rt. 16 for easy access to Intel, Licking Memorial Hospital, Denison, and Amazon. 25 minutes to Columbus. Long term bookings are welcome.

It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.
