We stayed here for 2 weeks - had everything we needed: laundry, a good neighborhood, kitchen, AC, hot shower, drinking water provided, & comfortable bed. We especially liked the area, there is lots of good food & it's a bit calmer than the main area of District 1 so you can walk around more & enjoy some peace. Beware ants will come as soon as you have food out in this apt though. The stray dogs were also sometimes barking very late at night & I sometimes heard them through my earplugs. Other than that, great stay! The host was also very responsive & helpful.

Phung was an excellent host with quick response. I was able to C/I at 11am instead of 2 pm. She helped with ordering water and monthly parking. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean. Definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my 8 day stay in Hoai’s place! Hoai was an amazing host, very responsive, kind and helpful and made my experience what it was. The room is comfortable for a short stay and comes equipped with what you would need. Having a fridge, microwave and washing machine was super helpful. Across the street is a mini mart which was nice to buy water and some light breakfast food. The room is on the 4th floor with no elevator so I got in my workout each time I came home. There’s a rooftop patio one floor above which is convenient for drying laundry and an early morning workout before it gets too hot. The room is older and saw some bugs during my stay but overall enjoyed my time and think it’s a good value for the money!

Great place in a perfect spot! Super clean, comfy bed, and the WiFi was solid. It’s in a super convenient area with lots of great food and things to do nearby, but still quiet at night. The host was really friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again!

Huong is such an amazing host - super responsive and attentive, helped me with random issues I ran into, checked in on me after the myanmar earthquake 😳 the place is very spacious and it's a lovely neighborhood, highly recommend!!

Exactly as pictured in photos. Very clean and well organized. Bed was a bit too firm for me, but I did sleep well. Great internet connections. The shower is a bit small, but great pressure and hot water. I'll certainly want to stay again when I have medical appointments nearby.

Rare Find-Delight 2BR With Private Balcony In CBD

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.
