Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Sie war sehr geräumig und modern. Auch der Hausflur und die Ausstattung war super modern. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Auch die Hausdame hat mir geholfen als ich meine Wäsche waschen wollte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen ☺️

Phòng rất sạch sẽ và thoáng. Mình có em bé nên cho bé bò thoải mái vì sàn nha sạch. Vị trí gần trung tâm, tiện cả di chuyền ra sân bay. Xung quanh rất nhiều hàng quán

This is the home of a real Vietnamese family. The host has a friendly, sunny personality. They had the latest facilities and had no major inconvenience during to stay. Miss Han is a city woman, and this is a better place for women to live. Just trust them, she is nice to you.

I had a great two-week stay in this private room! The host was truly amazing—always kind, quick to respond, and super helpful. Even when something wasn’t possible, they didn’t just say “no.” Instead, they always came up with a thoughtful alternative. That kind of care really made a difference! The room has a local Vietnamese vibe—not brand new, but it’s been nicely renovated and was kept very clean. Even though the room isn’t modern, I actually really enjoyed that—it gave me a chance to experience the authentic local atmosphere, which made the stay even more special. It felt cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen had all the basics, which was perfect for simple cooking. The neighbors in the area were also very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. But honestly, what made this stay so special was the host’s warmth and kindness! I really appreciated it, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again!

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.

I felt like home at Huy & Nhi’s homestay. It’s located in an area where locals are staying with lots of small restaurants around. Location is very strategic and easy to find. Everything in the room was as described (or even better). They’re very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. This is a go to place if you wanna get the local experience. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Ho Chi Minh City! ❤️ Plus points if you wanna get some spa treatments, look no more, just go downstairs!

Mọi thứ đều tốt cả, điều mình thực sự thích là không gian bếp, rộng và đầy đủ mọi thứ dụng cụ để nấu 1 bữa ăn từ cơ bản đến trung bình. Rất thích bộ dao, sử dụng rất tốt. Vị trí gần trung tâm cũng là ưu điểm vì gần để tiếp cận trung tâm thành phố và các dịch vụ khác. Có điều hi vọng đường CMT8 sắp tới được mở rộng hơn để tiện di chuyển, vì hay kẹt xe lắm, tất nhiên điều này thì home ko quyết định được.

This Airbnb is located in District 1 and everything is in the walkable distance . We rented a bike and explored the city and everything was within 15 mins travel . A great stay for the price we payed . We did the late night check-in and had no problem as the guard was awake to take care of our check-in. The room and the bed was neat and clean .Overall recommended for stay ✌️

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Alojamiento impecable. Limpio y camas muy cómodas. utensilios de cocina necesaruis para cocinar. Habitaciones amplias. el detalle de la piscina en la azotea es una maravilla. para relajarse despues de visitar la ciudad y hacer diferentes tours. Dueño muy amable, responde rápido a cualquier cosulta y pregunta que tengas sobre la zona o el alojamiento. sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio si volvemos a Ho Chi Minh.

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!
