This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

非常好的房子，完全可以住下至少12个人，适合人多一起，去哪都非常近，平均不超过2公里，300米就有便利店，出了巷子就可以取钱，非常棒

This was a great place to stay our first time traveling to Vietnam. Great neighborhood for visitors. Tuyen was very helpful and responsive and the apartment was as pictured, we had a great experience!

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Sarah and co-host John was very friendly, communicative and very solution oriented fx by flexible check in and checkout

This is my third Airbnb stay with Helen, and once again, everything was excellent. Each apartment has been clean, just as pictured, and easy to access. Helen communicates well and was quick to assist with questions—whether it was about luggage storage, using the aircon, or other small details that helped make my stay smooth and productive. The apartment is conveniently close to the main shopping centre, though there are fewer food and convenience options nearby compared to other areas with GS25 stores or street vendors. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely book with Helen again.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. Chị chủ nhà trả lời tin nhắn rất nhanh. Chỗ ở rất rộng rãi và thoải mái, phù hợp với nhóm bạn hoặc gia đình thích sự bình yên, riêng tư. Sẽ không quá phù hợp với nhóm bạn hoạt động về đêm và ồn ào do có giờ giới nghiêm
