One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

I had a fantastic stay at Lyn’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, close to everything. Lyn was a wonderful host—very friendly and always quick to respond. I truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay for a group of friends, having bathrooms at every floor was just luxurious, though the second and third floor's toilet bowl placement can be a bit tight for a large person. Despite it being right next to Bui Vien Walking Street where the nightlife blasts loud music until 3am, little noise could be heard when sleeping in the bedrooms. Great restaurants, amenities and services are plenty at the location. Overall very satisfied with this steal of a homestay!

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Super cozy, and the transportation is convenient too.

I had a wonderful stay at Anh’s flat. It was stylish, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Anh was a fantastic host — responsive and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again!

I really love this spot. The owner had great communication and everything was really nice. It matched the description perfectly. You really can’t beat this location. It’s right in the heart and lots of nice coffee shops. Very organized. Part of the city has a Starbucks in the building. It’s on a very high floor so you have beautiful views all in all I can highly recommend. Thank you so much for agreat stay.

The homestay is incredibly amazing! This is too much perfect if you’re staying short-term and I think even more in long-term. Mr Nhien is consistently accommodating and considerate from our arrival at midnight to our late departure. Rating the place 10 out of 5. We’re looking forward to book this again when we go back in Ho Chi Mihn.

Nice place , looked more spacious in photos than in real. Apartments were neat and clean, all amenities were provided as well . Good location can walk around and explore city centre.

we stayed here for about a week. the host & helpers were extremely friendly and helpful. they even got us highchair so my 1 yr old can sit and eat with us when we're are home. the place is nice and clean...amazing views and has all amenities as described. This is a great location, safe with 24 hr guards and restaurants and mini marts walking distance. I would definitely return here!

We had an extended stay in Katie's studio apartment. It was a large, well lit comfortable studio in a central location just outside of the very busy tourist area. Katie was very attentive and responded to queries in a timely manner. Worth the money. Highly recommended.

Annie's place was great! The bathroom and room were very clean and it was handy having the desk, fridge and kettle inside. Was so nice having a bathroom without mould. It had everything I needed! The location was also really great and made getting to places super easy!!! Right across from Ben Thanh market. The apartment was at the back so it was also quiet. Would stay again!
