깨끗한. 곳입니다 주변에 먹을게 많다 아쉬운건 관광지가 멀리있다 그래서 이곳은 조용한곳이다.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Great place to stay for a few days. Place is very accessible to places like bui vien street. security is 24/7 as well, felt very safe.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

This Airbnb was amazing! It was close to everything we needed, making our stay super convenient. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. The interior was beautiful, offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating, addressing all our concerns promptly. I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

I love the location because this apartment is in District 4 and everything you need to see or do is in District 1. The apartment has everything I need for a 5-day stay. Chris is very responsive and will go out of his way to help you. Enjoy your stay!

Sehr einfache und angenehme Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Apartmentkomplex, was einen interessanten Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen ermöglicht. Gerne wieder!

The apartment was a great place to stay for our short visit to Ho Chi Minh City. It was clean and spacious, exactly as pictured. Located in District 1 which made it easy to walk to lots of attractions and great restaurants. Hoàng Yên gave really clear instructions for our check in which was very helpful and was super easy to communicate with during our stay!

개인적으로 너무 붐비는 곳보다는 조용한곳을선호하는편이라 이숙소를 선택하게되었는데 저와 비슷한분들에게는 너무나 좋은 숙소입니1군과 멀지않으면서 마트나 스타벅스도 바로숙소옆에있어 호치민을 여행하기 매우 편리했습니다, 친절한 호스트님덕분에 베트남여행을 잘 마무리할수있어 좋았고 다음에 또 호치민에오게된다면 다시 이숙소를 선택하고싶네요!

Căn hộ này rất đẹp, tiện nghi và sạch sẽ. Nhóm mình đi du lịch gồm 3 cặp đôi và rất hài lòng.
