Everything was great. Hanna was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great. The location was just a few minutes walk to anything you could need but it on a side street which felt calm and secluded compared to the larger streets.

Great place to stay with ur friends and family. Will stay there again next time.

Kiera was a fantastic host — warm, helpful, and full of great local tips. I felt so welcomed from the start. The apartment is cozy and stylish, just a minute’s walk from Bui Vien, so getting around was super easy. The balcony with fairy lights was my favorite part — perfect for enjoying sunset views. I was also fortunate to visit during the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s reunification, and being in such a central location made it even more special. The atmosphere in the city was vibrant, and it was amazing to be a part of this historic moment.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Gastgeberin und der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bei jeder Frage schnell weiterhelfen können. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt. Ihr könnt von hier aus alles schnell erreichen. Wir haben auch sehr gerne das Gym und den Pool genutzt. Beides ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Im Apartment findet ihr alles was benötigt wird. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen und eignet sich sehr gut für Familien. Ist sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Naomi ist sehr freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen rasch und klar beantwortet. Anlage ist im Distrikt 1 gut gelegen. Gerne wieder:)

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Good value for money. Great central location but in the same time reasonably quiet. We found the bed extremely comfortable and the ac worked perfect. 2 main things to consider before you book: - 5th floor with no elevator (good for excercise😜) - classic vietnamese “wet” bathroom (shower is just in the middle of the room) Overall we had a good time!

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

my family with a group of fourteen person live in this building, the host is really helpful with us and provide all the things we need. the house is really aesthetic and photo-able. one of the problem is we need to deal with the stair but its also help us to reach the steps hehe other than that there is nothing to be picky about.

Really good place to stay in HCMC. Walking distance to the center and still private and quiet during the night. Also liked the access to the gym and the rooftop pool.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at Hien's SOHO studio apartment in Ho Chi Minh. The building seems fairly new with good security. The apartment was as described and we found it comfortable and everything working as it should. Light meals can be cooked in the small kichen area. The apartment has a washing machine to clean clothes. WIFI was reliable and speed was about 50 MBS. Nice desk workspace area. Fairly quiet overall. We liked the location within District 1. Good for short or long stays.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.
