I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.

Nice and comfortable place, the location is good. I will go to the apartment again. But the shampoo and shower gel is hard to open when you are taking a shower. Open them before your hand is wet.

The apartment is nice on a high floor, but the balcony is a bit small, so the view is limited. There're very limited parking spaces for cars at the building, so I had to find another parking location for my car and walk to the building. However, the apartment is nice and well furnished like in the photos.

Ik heb de commnunicatie erg prettig gevonden tussen mij en de hosts. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en reageren zeer snel op jouw vragen. Het appartment ligt best centraal en alles is binnen handbereik. Ik zal in de toekomst zeker terugkomen

개인적으로 너무 붐비는 곳보다는 조용한곳을선호하는편이라 이숙소를 선택하게되었는데 저와 비슷한분들에게는 너무나 좋은 숙소입니1군과 멀지않으면서 마트나 스타벅스도 바로숙소옆에있어 호치민을 여행하기 매우 편리했습니다, 친절한 호스트님덕분에 베트남여행을 잘 마무리할수있어 좋았고 다음에 또 호치민에오게된다면 다시 이숙소를 선택하고싶네요!

Justin’s apartment was the perfect place to stay in Saigon. Location is convenient and an easy Grab ride away to the tourist attractions. Lots of great restaurants close by and small convenience stores. The apartment is nicely furnished, modern, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent AC. Nice view of the city lights at night. The hosts were quick to respond and flexible with check-in/checkout. Highly recommend staying here!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est pratique et le quartier agréable. L’hôte a été réactif et très professionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

premier contact fut incroyable, avec elle et sa famille. Nous sommes restés, Mon fils et moi, quatre nuits, et avons éprouvé de la tristesse de partir. Bill, leur fils de 12 ans est incroyablement intelligent, cultivé et parlant un anglais courant. C’était très touchant de discuter avec lui sur beaucoup de sujets. Nous avons été invités à dîner un soir avec Mme Ly et sa famille, et le dernier jour elle nous a convié un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont impeccable, la salle de bain est très propre, il y a la climatisation et la ventilation. C’est très calme et tout est simple avec elle, dans sa belle maison . Vraiment je recommence cet endroit. vous y vous sentirez comme chez vous. Si j’avais pu rester comme certaines personnes plus de temps, je l’aurais fait avec grand plaisir. Madams Ly nous a aussi donné beaucoup de bons conseils de visites . Si vous cherchez un endroit calme où dormir plusieurs nuits chez une formidable famille, vous vous sentir comme chez vous.

We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. Like to mention that our host was very responsive.

Sammi was very kind to accept all our requests. The Tub didn't seem to have the stopper so I asked her on msg and she immediately scheduled a visit to check and then resolved in the next visit. The view is amazing! more than 5 stars for that!

Highly recommended. Macy has excellent communication. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I love this location, it’s quiet but only a short walk to D1. Exceeded our expectation.

The place is a full penthouse located at the 12th floor of grand riverside complex. The complex itself was very niche with sophisticated residents. The complex also has a convenience store at the ground floor and a 24x7 reception. The guards were really helpful and the staff as well.

David is a great host and the apartment is clean, spacious and has great views. The beds were comfortable and we loved being somewhere with a washing machine and dryer. He always responds quickly and is really helpful. Location is easy for Grab drivers to find. We had the best stay!

The place was wonderful and felt more like a home cozy and comfortable! The bed was amazing and enjoyed the gym and pool as well. We plan on staying here again next month! I highly recommend it 👌

The location of this place is really good. we walked 90% of the time. in walking distance there are many many food joints, restaurants, bars and what not. it was really convenient for us first timers in Saigon. The master bedroom is spacious and both rooms have great cityview . we spend most time outside so we didnt really use the kitchen or the premises to much . The apartment needs updating the interior, and the apartment is not flawless so i would reccomend this property to people who will be not bodered by small flaws. the host is nice and responds fast.

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.
