Perfect place! Was so clean and the host communicated well with us and answered all our needs! The location was good and had plenty shops just a few minutes down the road! The WiFi didn’t work at times during our stay mainly during busy hours at the cafe which was downstairs but this did not affect our stay. We would have extended for even longer if it wasn’t already booked out! My partner was injured and it was a perfect place for him to relax! Definitely recommend

Everything was fine! The rooms have been very clean! I absolutely can recommend this accomodation. The Hotel is a little bit outside of the center, but theres a free shuttle at fixed times to the center and back, by the Hotel boat.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, and Galvin was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

it's exactly like the picture. clean and very quiet place. there's a cafe at the bottom so you can get your daily coffee. overall great place to stay

Overall, superb location and host (Kiyo) was very responsive with my last minute booking. Apartment itself has everything one would need for a short stay, though the room I received had a smaller living room than in the pictures, though the little balcony next to the bedroom definitely made up for it! Top floor room will require walking up a couple short flights of stairs (not an issue personally). Huyen was very accommodating with my early check in and was very responsive. Would definitely return.

Kiyo's place is exactly as described, convenient and right in the heart of Japan town. Definitely a great place to stay if you are interested in the nightlife here. The room was clean, the amenities provided were plentiful, and the room had free daily laundry service which was the best thing ever here. Recommend this place.

I had a great stay here! The locality is well-connected to major areas, making commuting easy. Despite the convenience, the area is peaceful, offering a perfect balance. Plus, there are some nice cafes nearby to relax and unwind. Highly recommend

This place is great, location is fantastic but I do have a few things I didn’t like Wi-Fi is shared between all customers, so it is very slow. If your working a job that needs Wi-Fi, you are in trouble here a little bit Can be noisy in the mornings due to u staying in D1. Not too noisy to where if u sleep with earplugs that it’s an issue, also bring a sleeping mask as light gets in the morning with no way to cover top windows. Overall though, those are my only complaints Staff were lovely, space was lovely, but what’s stopping me from booking again is the WiFi issue. If they fixed the WiFi, would be 10/10, I’m still giving them 5 stars, as it was really fantastic everything else, but leaving feedback so you are warned.

Great overall. Well maintained, comfortable bedding, and good shower water pressure. Note it's right in the middle of the bustling little Japan. Fairly convenient to food places.

Very kind and friendly family business . Very clean and tidy apartments, as I stayed in two as I ended up extending another night. Free laundry which was a lovely touch. Great value for money would recommend and revisit again.
