We had a perfect stay in Hai’s apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. District 1 is 18 minutes walk or around £1.25 in a taxi. Everything was clean, instructions were easy and Hai answered any questions we had. He was flexible with check in and check out. Smoothest and best host!

Our stay at Opera Residence was absolutely gorgeous—truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced, even better than some five-star hotels we’ve stayed in. The attention to detail in the design, comfort, and high-level amenities made our experience unforgettable. One of the highlights was the bathroom—spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the LG dryer in the closet, which was such a convenient touch. The entire space felt luxurious, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was stunning, and despite being in a central location, it was remarkably quiet. The thick, noise-canceling windows made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and restful stay. Another standout feature was the beautiful pool—a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our host waited for us and met with us outside the building unit even after a 2-hour flight delay! That was past 2am! But every step of the way, during and after, our host was communicative and helpful, always making it easy and comfortable to ask for any help or suggestions during our stay in HCMC. Vì là không gian sống của chính chủ nhà nên mọi thứ được sắp xếp ngăn nắp, gọn gàng và ấm cúng. Nội thất tiện nghi và đáp ứng mọi nhu cầu giải trí của cá nhân hoặc cặp đôi/gia đình nhỏ, một số điểm tiêu biểu như: kệ sách truyện, loa nghe nhạc, tivi, máy chơi game,... Phòng khách là không gian mở có cây xanh (thi thoảng có vài côn trùng nhỏ nhưng không ảnh hưởng trải nghiệm), thoáng mát và rất thư giãn. Bạn có thể đọc sách, xem phim, nghe nhạc ở đây một cách thư thái. Từ đây có thể nhìn ra cánh đồng xanh mướt, khá thích mắt. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình trong việc hướng dẫn và xử lý khi khách gặp vấn đề. The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We loved staying here. The property has an amazing view. It’s a very good location to stay, very safe locality. My friends and I had a great time here. Need to mention their bed was super comfortable, all the amenities provided were of very good quality.We felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Ho Chi Mihn. I chose this location due to its price compared to other places in District 1 and I have no regrets. The whole apartment and facilities were of top quality. The location is a little further from district 1 but it’s worth the quiet and peace u get out of it. The customer service from Sua and the team was really good and they kept on checking if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to HCM.

This is a very beautiful apartment, beautifully maintained with good facilities. Cozy, clean bedroom. Beautiful view , with no disturbance once you are in the apartment. You can surely take for safe, cozy and comfortable stay. Things to note : There is no complimentary drinking water. The host is very strict with check out timing so give clarity om your check out time. Luggage can be kept for extra time but will be charged on hourly basis. It's better to bring universal adaptors as you will charging points to be loose for indian mobile chargers.
