One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Katy's was a beautiful place to stay for the 2 first days in the country. good location and wonderfully maintained.

This is a truly unique space—a converted hidden bar with bold, artistic design. If you love unconventional stays that feel like a creative escape, you’ll appreciate its character (though it may not suit those who prefer a traditional setup). A few practical notes: The staircase is quite steep, so travelers with large luggage might find it challenging. Also, nearby construction can lead to occasional daytime noise—something to consider if you're sensitive to sound. Despite this, the host was communicative and made check-in easy. A memorable stay for the right traveler!

房東人很好！晚上時告知飲水機沒有水，隔天馬上請人來修理，效率非常快，房東很貼心。雖然一大早外面會有吵雜聲，但可能我們睡的比較晚😂總而言之很有當地越南的感覺，這次的體驗我與朋友們都很滿意🩷

The host responded quickly to everything and was super helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfy, highly recommended!

Linh’s place was a great stay for my friends and I who were staying in Saigon to explore the city. Because we were located in District 1, all the Grab times were super short. This place fit the three of us very comfortably and Linh was responsive to our needs as well as super kind and friendly. The Airbnb is a bit tucked away from the main street but all the check in instructions were very clear and wasn’t really a problem. To all future travelers staying here, have a great time and eat well in Saigon!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very affordable but still came with all the amenities you could need — a fridge, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, vessels, even cooking oil provided. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Free laundry was another huge plus! Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much. Self contained development with restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The gym was well equipped. The home was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

They met me outside late at night and guided me inside. They did my laundry and brought me an extra fan. Immediate location wasn't very touristy which I liked. I enjoyed walking outside and not seeing a tourist attraction but I could take a short walk or Grab/Taxi to many tourists places.

Had a great experience! Clean and cozy, and check in and out was a breeze. A man named "Mr T" met me on day one, escorted me to the unit and gave me instructions and the door code. He was super friendly and super responsive to my texts too. Unit has AC in it, which is a must as Vietnam is really hot/humid. Also, the hot water was intense, lol. I normally take hot showers but the hot water in the unit was on steroids!! I had to put the shower on medium to get the temperature I like. Location is great, as many things are super close by and within walking distance. Cafe Co Ba is a great cafe, and is located at the base of the building. There are also three separate convenience stores at the base, to include a 711. The building also has security, and the guard named Lam is a wonderful and helpful guy. If I was to give any negative it would be that the unit is on the 16th floor of the building, which just required a little bit more time on the elevator. I recommend this place!

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

Third time staying in this wonderful home away from home. Would recommend so highly to anyone visiting HCMC. Will be back (soon)!

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

호스트의 응답도 빠르고, 간결하고 편한 숙소입니다. 특히 어린 아이와의 여행에서 낮은 메트리스에서 수면이 가능해서 편안히 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 롯데마트나 7군, 1군 이동도 가까운 편이고 숙소 건물내에 편의점도 있어 편리합니다.

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.

호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~
