Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Paola’s home is a special find. It is tastefully designed and well-appointed with interesting art and furnishings. The large living room worked well for my daughter’s bridal shower. It is located in a super quiet and safe feeling section of NW near Silver Spring. I highly recommend Paola’s house.

The apartment was lovely and had enough space for two full families. Secondary apartment was more basement than expected and there was no internal access between apartments.

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

5 stars – Perfect little getaway in D.C. I stayed at Anita’s Airbnb for 3 days and 2 nights, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood in Washington D.C., which made the entire stay feel safe, cozy, and relaxing. The place itself was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out to me (and is honestly such a rare gem in the U.S.) was the bidet in the bathroom! That alone was a huge plus for comfort and convenience. Anita was a fantastic host. She was super responsive, kind, and made us feel really welcome throughout the stay. We had zero issues, which made everything that much smoother and more enjoyable. If you're visiting D.C., do yourself a favor and stay here. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat if I’m ever in town again. Highly, highly recommend!

Rabi’s place was as listed and had even more space than we anticipated. The private parking spot was also a huge perk!

A very comfortable, secure and quiet location that was received very clean. Selam is a very responsive host with helpful suggestions. Provided are ample bathroom (shampoo/conditioner and liquid bath wash included), kitchen, and washer/dryer supplies. A fully stocked kitchen with good cooking utensils, knives, and spice rack. Groceries at Safeway is an easy 0.7 mile walk. We enjoyed the Toki Classic Ramen and Half Chicken Steam Bun at the recommended walkable Toki Underground restaurant. The Chocolate Caramel Cloud is a must at the very nearby Capital Candy Jar. Granddaughter enjoyed the large chicken wings with mumbo sauce and the broccoli with brown sauce at Hong Kong Carryout. It is literally a carryout as there are no seats or dining tables. If walkers, it is a nice 30 min. walk to The Capitol, Union Station, and to the U.S. Postal Museum. Our accommodation was a welcome home base during our 7 days in Washington DC. Check out was literally easy-peasy. Thank you Selam!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location with lots to do/eat/drink around. Easy in and out travel to different parts of the city. Having a grocery store just steps away was very helpful as well. We hope to book again for our next trip to DC!

This was a wonderful spot in Capitol Hill, home was large, immaculate, comfortable and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms provided ample room for our family and the two bathrooms were a nice treat while traveling. Each bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and created an inviting place to cook and share meals when we did not want to eat out. Secure parking was so nice to have and made getting to all of the spots in DC easy. Metro, uber, scooters & bikes were all easy as well. Host responded to any question within seconds! Very helpful! Will definitely stay again next time we visit. Thanks, Bubo!

We had an amazing stay with our family. The home was comfortable and cozy. There are so many different areas it never felt crowded with 8 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were decorated beautifully and super clean. The street had plenty of free parking and was very quiet. We would definitely return as guests. Cari’s home had everything we needed and even more! We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. There is a parking space available, but our huge rental car didn’t fit — fortunately, there was convenient public parking just outside the door, so it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen was very well equipped and included many thoughtful complimentary items. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Will's townhouse was fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The cozy, homey vibe made us feel right at home. The upstairs office was a standout, offering a quiet, well-lit workspace with a comfortable chair and desk. Street parking was surprisingly hassle-free, with plenty of spots nearby. The location is ideal, close to local shops and restaurants. Will was a great host, responsive and attentive. I highly recommend Will's place to anyone visiting the area—it's a gem!

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

My family loved staying here. Easy access to all of DC sites. We went to the zoo, Natural History Museum, etc. Also close to the bus and Metro. Just down the road from the National Basilica which you can see from just a short walk out the door. Also close to a jogging trail and park which we really enjoyed. Checking in and out was very clear and Marcus was very responsive to questions we had. Having off street parking was also very nice to have. Thanks Marcus for making our family trip to DC so enjoyable where my kids started referring to our DC home by the end of the trip. 😀

We had a lovely stay at Adam's Carriage House... It was a charming, beautifully decorated, & well-appointed place. Super cute & cozy with a lot of thoughtful touches. Adam was also really responsive & helpful with local restaurant recommendations throughout our time there. The neighborhood was nice & peaceful with leafy streets—and walkable to a main drag with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee spots, & markets. A winner!

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and very well stocked - we found all the essentials and more. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking, the space is nicely decorated. Everything was prepared with attention to detail. The apartment is a bit far from the main landmarks but overall it's a great stay and worth it.
