The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Spacious Craftsman House in Downtown Davis

Casa Contente is a spacious craftsman house centrally located in downtown Davis. Dining table comfortably sits 8 and may squeeze in 10 people. Fully stocked kitchen is a cook's dream. We are a perfect house for a quiet family get together and NOT a good match for a party. NO PARTIES/NO SMOKING. Also, there is not much of a backyard, so we wouldn't be able to accommodate any gatherings outside. We reserve the right to ask for an ID prior to booking or checking in.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.

"New" (2021) construction and modern private studio located in a great neighborhood in the town of Vacaville in the East Bay Area. Private entrance and easy street parking. Full kitchen with a coffee maker, eating/desk area with bar stools, bedroom area with a KING sized bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and complimentary fast Wi-Fi. We have soft water too.
