Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

We had a great time at Eric’s brookside condo. The location is right by the roadrunner trail, so very convenient. The unit is clean and well stocked with games and puzzles.

Super clean and comfortable for our group of 5.

The house was perfect for our family ski weekend. The back yard was good for the dogs to run around and there is a nice quiet dirt road that we were able to take them for a walk. The entry was great for setting up boot dryers and hanging coats. The layout is good. We would stay at Kedi’s again.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Our stay was great. Just as pictured. The staff on the property were super friendly and kind. Very close to Sunday River for a ski weekend. The fire pits were a plus. We would stay again. 10/10

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

This was our second stay at the fun house, and we were reminded very quickly why we fell in love with it the first time. It truly feels like home while also nestled just steps away from the mountains. We had everything we needed for a family reunion to be full of love laughter and food. Thanks, Amanda for answering questions quickly and being a great host! We will be back!!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

We had a great time. It was our second stay here. The highlights were the hot tub, the peaceful space, and beautiful surroundings. We also liked walking on the trails. We were glad to have our waterproof boots.

We loved our visit! Rene's home was super comfortable and clean. It was close to several ski mountains that we got to take advantage of. It was really lovely getting to stay there and we'd love to visit again! Thank you, Rene!

Great spot right near the trails. Loved riding out , ending up at town after a full day and cooking in the stream. Tiki hut lunch and then an easy bike back to the house. This is what kingdom is about.

We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay and the location was convenient to Sunday River. Ample space for our family and good cell phone reception, which meant not having WiFi wasn’t a big deal. Was very nice that the host warmed up the house before we arrived.
