An absolute positive experience from the minute I enquired about the apartment. I was struggling to find a clean modern apartment or hotel in Baghdad but luckily I found this apartment and honestly this is hands down the best apartment in all of Baghdad. The apartment was very clean and new, the beds were very comfortable with air conditioning and very spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean and all amenities were available. Another bonus, the area was awesome it is close to the shops and cafes everything is available around you. Lastly, the owners were one of the best owners to deal with. They went above and beyond to help us experience a comfortable stay. They provided us with extra mattresses and blankets and were very quick with our requests. Mohammed and Ahmad were very friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating. Communication was seamless the hosts were responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL experience!!!!

The check in was very simple, and the apt was spotless and quiet. There’s a very friendly man who speaks English at the shop next to the apt who was very helpful the next morning when my taxi driver couldn’t find the building. Perfect place to stay for a night as I slept off jet lag.

Mo, was a great host, very responsive and friendly, it was an experience worth every dollar We requested an early check-in and he responded with positivity and support. His team are supportive and cooperative as they offer guidance at no cost. For sure would repeat the experience again Thanks for supporting Mohammed 🙏

Mohammed’s place is fantastic and so is Mohammed. I will definitely stay here if I come again. He was super responsive and helpful, and he arranged transfers too and from the airport. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfy. The building is also quiet and clean. Although there is some street noise from traffic, it didn’t bother me much. The location is great as well - you can walk to anything in Karada and it’s a short drive to many things you want to do. Nice grocery store nearby, too. WiFi, heater/air conditioning, and everything else worked great. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you, Mohammed!

Mohammad’s place was wonderful! Very high quality interior and furniture, spacious and full of amenities. Its a perfect place to stay, central location, given its proximity to Mansour and Yarmouk districts. Mohammad was very friendly and his staff were very supportive. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Mohammed is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the apartment is ideal. The bed was comfortable and the living space was large and clean. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to those visiting Baghdad.
