Our stay was great, clean and super location

Well, I hesitated writing the review. From purely selfish reasons. This is a gem I wish I could keep to myself. Location, amenities, hospitality, convenience…second to none. As soon as you go through the gates of the gated community, you feel like you entered a 5 star resort. Modern, yet classy, next to historical sites, attractions, restaurants and yes, unlimited views. And then the surprise escalates. The hosts and the apartment are simply superb. After a long trip there, we had fresh fruit, cold water and chilled wine waiting for us. The gummy bears were a special touch for a little guilty pleasure. The condo offers everything you could find in your own home. Immaculate, clean, artsy, welcoming and much more. Martin and Claudia are simply fabulous. They thought of every single detail to welcome you and make you feel at home. And if you forgot your toothbrush, you would fine one there. We can’t wait to visit again next year. Thank you so much.

Имахме абсолютно възхитителен престой в апартамента на Nikolay. Беше безупречно чисто, удобно и красиво декорирано. Домакинът беше невероятно гостоприемен и ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодаря ,за водата оставена при пристигането ни 😊Това беше идеалното място за почивката ни . Силно препоръчвам !!!

Wir waren zu viert eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf Pool und Meer. Parken war kein Problem in der Anlage. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gern einmal wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Pros: - location surrounded by nature - nice building - huge space inside - amazing yard - great room furnishings - great bathroom - well equippes and roomy kitchen with everything you need - perfect for 4 people with a lot of privacy for everyone - very clean - two restaurants nearby - perfect check-in/out and communication - was expecting a lot of mosquitoes but there were almost NONE Cons: - inside sometimes smelled of sulphur because of the nearby lake which is in some way connected to the local water network - insect net at the entrance was kind of broken

We had a great time at Asen's place. The apartment is cozy and spacious. It provides the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet wooded area, very close to a wild and beautiful beach, this is a wonderful location for all those who seek a peaceful vacation. Balchik is a 15-minute ride away. Asen was a forthcoming and supportive host. We would love to come back someday to this place.

The Flowers flat is very sweet, cozy and comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. Extremely walkable to all the places we visited. Great, warm and charming host. Thanks for everything!

great place, great location. everything you need at your fingertips. beach is close. also a cheap and tasty restaurant just 2 min away. Petar is a great host. Always responded quickly, was flexible and accomodating. Wish to come back here again.

Очень уютные и чистые апартаменты! Хозяйка очень хорошая! В номере есть кондиционер и все необходимое для комфортного пребывания! Рекомендую!!!! Очень!!!

great location!

Дуже сподобалась квартира!! Чиста, світла та затишна. Нам було дуже комфортно. Розташування чудове - поруч гарний парк з розвагами для дітей, та супермаркет Lidl. Дуже приємна господиня - пані Анастасія, яка давала нам дуже чіткі інструкції та була постійно з нами на звʼязку. Дуже дякуємо за відпочинок! Думаю, що будемо зупинятись ще!

Nota 10. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce-ți trebuie pentru a te simți ca acasă. Totul este amenajat cu un bun gust. Noi am fost primiți cu un cățel de talie medie și tot personalul a fost foarte amabil cu noi. Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona liniștita dar și foarte aproape de plaja și zona cu restaurante și loc de joaca pentru copii (5-10 minute de mers pe jos). Piscina este suficient de mare si foarte curata. M-as întoarce aici cu mare plăcere. Va mulțumim tare mult pentru concediu reușit!

Apartamentul este foarte spațios, bine dotat (extrem de utile masina de spalat vase și cea de spalat rufe...si absolut tot ce va trebuie in bucatarie), vedere superba către mare si marina! Balconul este foarte generos, geamuri mari astfel încât te bucuri toată ziua și toată noaptea de mare:) Strada este liniștită și una dintre cele mai frumoase strazi din Balcic. Accesul la plaja se face pe scări sau cu masina (se ajunge repede). La coltul străzii se afla restaurantul Blue Lion (mancare gustoasa la preturi foarte bune) ceea ce constituie un MARE avantaj. Dacă veti călători cu copil mic aveți în apartament scaun de masa + pătuț pentru copil + inclusiv olita și colac de wc și protecție la toate prizele. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi despre locurile interesante de vizitat + recomandari de restaurante. Recomand!

Kavarna is a location that I have known for several years and where I spent very nice moments in a very quiet environment. Maya's location in the Sf. Gheorghe complex has everything you need to feel at home, it is clean and has a great position in this area. We thank Maya and her colleagues for hosting us in a wonderful place where we would love to come back anytime.

Well equipped, good location, easy access to the outside area, pet-friendly.

Our stay at the flamingo grand was lovely. It’s only a few mins walk to the beach, it’s right near shops, restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast options were great from cereal, fresh fruit, omelettes etc. The swimming pool was great for the children and lots of pools to choose from. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We received a welcome basket of food on arrival which was a nice touch. In the evening you can’t hear any music from the local restaurants from inside the apartment, you can from the balcony until 11pm, but was quite nice to have some music. I would certainly stay here again, we had a lovely time.

Апартамента изглежда точно като на снимките. Комуникацията с настанителя беше бърза, допуснаха ни 2 часа по-рано в апартамента. Имаше малък проблем с водата, отзоваха се буквално веднага, дойдоха и направиха нужното, за да се чувстваме комфортно. Настанителя ни даде нужната информация, за да осъществим едно от желанията на детето ни, а именно посещение в конна база.
