Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

Wir sind an einem sehr kalten und verregneten Tag mit unseren Fahrrädern bei den Bayview Studio Apartments angekommen. Nikolaos hat uns empfangen und zu seinem sehr gepflegten, sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Studio Apartment gebracht. Das Studio hat alles, was wir als Selbstversorger gebraucht haben. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Zu Fuß ist der Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch die Innenstadt von Agios Nikolaos schnell zu erreichen. Das Studio befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Bei einer wundervollen Aussicht über Berge und Meer kann man hier seinen Aufenthalt genießen. Nikolaos ist sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und können Nikolaos Apartments von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine kurze aber schöne Zeit in Koskinou. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Leider etwas dunkel und neben einem Restaurant, was Abends etwas lauter sein kann, aber nicht bis in den späten Stunden ☺️. In wärmeren Monaten ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl, was super ist!

Wonderful location with fresh lime trees, pomegranates and pears. Close enough to Hora for easy exploration without the hubbub. Historical orchard with beautiful quiet, glorious night time walks and a resident long eared owl! Beautiful stay.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

Great accomodation to have a taste of the countryside and village life of Naxos, surrounded by a representative variety of animals! In the heart of the valley, you have direct access to nice hikes while still being in walking distance to Engares and we enjoyed both of them. Thank you Celia for your warm welcome and sharing with us a bit of your life here!

It a bit far form the city but everything was nice. Calm place. Friendly people. Animals around. Good for a family with kids.

Ortaca merkeze 10 km mesafede yer alan bu güzel yerde huzuru ve sessizliğin sesini dinleyerek güzel bir zaman geçirebilirsiniz. Vita Hanım ve Hakan Bey sizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Konum olarak hem Fethiye hem de Marmaris tarafına eşit mesafede sayilirsiniz. Biz eşimle özellikle Muğla nin tüm turistik beldelerini araçla gezmek için ortacayi seçtik ve çok memnun kaldık. Hergun 2-3 koy gezerek bu şirin bungalova geri dönüp yorgunluğumuzu attık. Benzer bir tatil konsepti kafanizda varsa bu yer sizi cok rahat ettirecektir.

Sanki wp üzerinde sohbet ediyor gibi hızlı iletişim kurabiliyorsunuz. Eve girdiğimiz an itibari ile samimiyeti, ince düşünceleri ve iki insanı mutlu etmek üzerine olan çabası çok değer buldu bizde. Tek başına oluşturduğu oluşum ile gücü hissettirdi. Söyleyebileceğim çok şey var fakat böyle bırakıyorum :) Her şey için teşekkürler, sevgi ile.. Yonca hanımın evinde çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Ev çok temizdi. Evin konumu ve manzarası şahaneydi. Evin hemen önünde bir sahil bulunuyordu ancak akyarlar ve akçabük taraflarında deniz çok güzel, mutlaka gidilmeli. Bir sonraki tatilimizde tekrar gelmek istiyoruz.

Kerem and his mother were exceptional hosts, offering the perfect blend of friendliness and respect for our family time. The swimming pool was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, with its excellent size and surrounding outdoor space providing a refreshing oasis. The property's location allowed for a pleasant breeze from the nearby river, and it was a short, flat walk into town for the many restaurants and shops. We were able to arrange a day-use room for our late flight, allowing us to enjoy the pool facilities and freshen up before our departure. We were pleasantly surprised by the vegan breakfast options, which introduced us to delightful plant-based foods we hadn't tried before. The plant-based honey and omelette were particularly delicious. An unexpected bonus was the use of a blow-up kayak, perfect for exploring the river early in the morning. Très belle vue depuis la cuisine commune. Evi est très serviable. Bien aéré, la terrasse est super cette saisine commune est géniale. Une bonne adresse, je recommande !

Situé dans le petit port d'Aegiali. Calme et près de la plage. Tout près de l'arrêt de bus pour partir en excurssion. L'appartement était très propre et le ménage était fait tous les jours.
